Tech guys who showed up were so helpful and understanding of our issue. They were professional and found our problem very quickly. I was interested in using their services in the beginning but it went from good to worse in a matter of days. After the conversation with the tech guy, I told him I was interested in fixing the issue but I didn’t give a date or time because I needed to work a few things out first. Next thing I know the same two guys are at my door telling me “they’ve fixed the issue”. They said “The receptionist called and left a voicemail with a date and time but no one called

I read the review and I was excited to get a same day appointment for that afternoon. Unfortunately, the technician didn't show up, never called. I called and was told they had a cancellation, and they thought it was me. They offered to reschedule for the next day, but I can't take the chance that they get another cancellation and "think it was me" again...
I guess someone that did cancel got a technician at their house anyway...
