I have been using Magic Carpet Care for a number of years now, and I still am so impressed with their professional service as well as the top quality service they provide. The wonderful thing is that this is a REAL dry carpet cleaning service, when they are finished you can walk on your carpets. Mike runs his own business so he does everything himself. I love supporting small businesses. I had a long beige sectional to clean and another sofa right before Christmas. It got wet more than expected so have extra towels handy. Allow a little longer to dry. I have used Peace Frog before but their prices went really high even for Westlake and started having the commercial business feel-you know what I mean.
So I was really happy with the end result on my sofa. Mike adjusted his schedule for me and so when he had a gallbladder emergency the night before. He still showed up for work the next day

We needed emergency service after hours and Mike was willing to come out. Not only that, but due to some particular circumstances outside of our control, we weren't sure when we could get inside the house. So Mike just waited until we called him to come out. Super great guy willing to go above and beyond when none of the larger companies were willing to help us.

Mike promptly returned my initial phone call and moved his schedule around to make it to our home on the same day I called. I HIGHLY recommend him for your carpet cleaning needs. We scrubbed and scrubbed with Resolve carpet cleaner from the store with no luck for a pet mess. Mike got it out and cleaned the rest our carpet areas including the stairs in under 40 minutes. I will definitely call him next time we need our carpet cleaned. He is friendly and very professional. I felt comfortable with him in our home. Thank you very much Mike! My carpet is quite old and is slated to be replaced in the next few months, but I just had to clean them one last time, so I bought a deal thru Morgan's Deals. I have probably used every carpet cleaner in Austin, (feels like it anyways), and let me just say that Mike is AWESOME!!!!!!!! My carpets have never felt and looked so clean (and we are going on about three weeks now) and believe me he didn't have much to work with. He also cleaned my couch, chair and an ottoman. Those too are older and they now look brand new!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't recommend Magic Carpet Care enough!!
