Please beware. This company is extremely unprofessional and subcontracts out to inexperienced movers.
I was scheduled to move 1-3pm on a Saturday. Around 11am I received a call from the main office saying there was a problem with the truck and the movers will be there around 3/3:30. At 3:30 no one showed up so I tried calling the office and there was no answer and the mailbox was full. I called multiple times and then just assumed that no one would show up. When they did show up at 5:30 the person who was trying to move my stuff did not even know what company contracted him. It was one man and

We moved a couple days ago and had two guys from ATL moving help out! They did an outstanding job! They moved quickly the whole time all while making sure nothing was damaged. They wrapped everything up and moved it carefully. The service was very affordable. So happy we found this company to help us!

I called Ben's Moving Company but he is out of town and this company is taking care of his business. I was not impressed by any means with the customer service I experienced.
The price kept going up. Nick was not transparent as he claims to be with the price and then I confronted him about it. Instead of doing the right thing and honoring the price, he told me to find another company to do the move. Very unprofessional.

I made a very last-minute request to move some furniture out of my townhouse and into a storage locker. Samat was super-prompt in providing me with a quote, and his fee was extremely reasonable. He and another mover (whose name I forgot to catch--sorry about that!), arrived at the townhouse early (while I was out), but did not charge me for any time they spent waiting for me. All of the furniture was carefully wrapped and packed, and loading and unloading their truck took no time at all. And credit where credit is due, some of my furniture was *not* easy to move at all.

They were fast to respond to my quote request and we got it scheduled a couple of weeks in advance. The way my work schedule is set up, I couldn't move any earlier than 5pm, these guys (2 of them) came at 7pm for me and moved my 5 x 10 storage unit out of Extra Space Storage in 30 minutes. They drove to my apartment around the corner, and deliver the same boxes and other items to a third floor apartment in 30 minutes. They didn't drop anything, scratch anything, nor damage anything. I was impressed and will be using these guys again. I was shocked and amazed at how fast and efficient

5 stars for sure. Sam and his friend were the movers. They were really fast, i meant reallllllly fast. They didn't waste a single second! This crew has all professional tools. they use blanket to protect big piece furniture. Also not mention their rate is really good. Don't hesitate to quote this crew. I highly recommend it.
I got like around 20 moving boxes, furnitures for one bedroom and moving distance is 20 miles. The time is 2.5h. Incredible!
Tip on saving: if you want save some money, but moving boxes from homedpot and pack small items youself.

Used their service about a month ago for a two bedroom apartment move with a lot of heavy furniture and a Bowflex exercise machine --- which they didn't charge me extra for. The price quoted was reasonable and I moved forward with hiring them. I'm glad I did. Prices quoted were true with no additional hidden cost. They were very professional and polite. I was in a bigtime crunch and reached out Sunday afternoon for a late night Monday move (from NoMa to a MD storage unit) quote since I was only able to get an 8pm loading dock elevator time. Understanding it was a last minute request, I was more than pleased to hear they were able to accommodate my request at a fair price. We moved about a week ago from a two bedroom apt to another 2 bedroom apt a few miles away. We had two movers carefully wrap and move all of our furniture. They also helped with closing up boxes. They handled all boxes, especially the fragile ones with extreme care. It took about 5 hours of them to complete the move. They did a wonderful job, did not waste any time, and worked diligently to complete the move as quickly as possible.

These guys are great and for an excellent price. The whole move took about two 1/2 hours for a one bedroom apt and it only took them about 45 minutes to unload. They took great care of our furniture- not a single ding or scratch- and also were careful not to scratch walls or door frames.
Just three comments- they were about an hour late which was a little inconvenient but didn't change our day too much. I also assumed they would take care of parking- we didn't end up having any issues just using alleys, etc, but it would have been helpful to know that the client needs to set that up

This was a great experience. We had 2 movers come right on time and were friendly, helpful, and courteous. They took apart all of the furniture that needed to be taken apart (beds, tables) and wrapped the art and furniture with great care. They worked fast and carefully, ensuring that all my items were taken care of and put in the truck carefully.
But, the best part of these guys are their price. You will not find a deal as good as this for the quality in NOVA. This was a great experience and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
