A-Pro's Junk removers were swift and worked hard removing all sorts of detritus that needed to be removed. I appreciated their efforts. The A-Pro packers and movers were outstanding. Nothing was broken or damaged in the move. The packing was thorough and very professionally done. The movers worked as hard as anyone I've ever seen in my years of moving from location to location. In fact, at the receiving end of the move there were challenges that the A-Pro team overcame through incredibly hard work...and nothing was damaged. It was outstanding! A pro was an amazing moving company. After an unfortunate situation where their truck broke down on my initial move day, they did have to reschedule for a date within 48 hours but totally compensated me with a great discount. The movers are fast and polite. Then, I needed movers again just a week later, and they were able to schedule on such short notice. They packed up my storage unit perfectly and fit everything in a way I could’ve never done on my own. I highly recommend this company for your next move. Johnathan the owner was so kind and understanding. Thank you for helping me during my move

The response was incredibly fast and the work performed both impressive and efficient. It took them only one hour to remove from an elevated deck this hot tub. They were extremely efficient and left the site incredibly clean. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

I have used this company many times over several years. At various times, they have helped me with things like assembling Ikea furniture and a small tool shed. They have moved boxes and belongings around the house to make way for remodeling. Jonathan is excellent at keeping me informed by text message if the crew is running late. They are a very popular company, but I can usually schedule a small job within the week. The crew is always positive and professional.

I had a last minute cancellation on movers. I found A-pro services on Craigslist; booked same day services and got professionally moved. They gave me a time window and sent a link to show when they were arriving. Everything was done perfectly. The 2 guys that came were friendly and professional. While I hate moving, I would definitely use them again and highly recommend !

As quick and professional as anyone could ever want. At a last moments notice and with hours they came, they wrapped, and moved a small apartment sized amount of furniture on same day notice. Very kind and affordable, Jonathan was excellent in coordinating the movers. I typically do not do reviews but this was the perfect experience. Wishing them much success.

My sofa was damaged in the process of moving and the company is not taking responsibility because I realized a few days later while cleaning it, since the damage was on the side facing the wall. They never sent me their policy before the move (I already checked all our communications), and after this they told me that I should have made the claim the same day, I don't think that after a move someone could open all the boxes the same day to notice if something is broken. Jonathan says he asked his employees and they say everything went well, in other words they are not responsible for the damage

Remodeling a basement apartment, as usual, resulted in a lot of junk, so we hired A Pro to haul it away. Jonathan's A Pro Movers crew were on time and on budget. More importantly, quick, efficient, and very respectful of our property. They did all the work and left the area broom clean - which was cleaner than it was when we started stacking up our junk!

Don't do it. Heed the warnings you see about this company flaking on you at the last minute.
Emailed with Jonathan and picked a time for our move, assuming everything was set. Tried to confirm the night before and make sure everything was in order, with no luck. We had to scramble to find a replacement crew at the last minute, and I still haven't heard back from them.

Wow, we just had a terrific experience with Jonathan at Affordable Pro Movers! We've never done home renovations so when the contractors pulled out all our old appliances and asked when junk pickup would occur, I looked back at them blankly haha
I did a quick search online and connected with Jonathan who was not only super helpful, but had a crew led by a guy named Josh at our place in NW DC in less than 30 minutes! The price was fair, Josh and the crew were friendly and fast, and we're now hoping they can help us move from our old place to our new place! Thanks Jonathan, Josh, and crew

**JUNK REMOVAL EXPERIENCE**
I'm sorry to see such poor reviews. I called Affordable Pro today to remove a sofa and a small tv entertainment credenza. I explained that I wanted everything hauled off, but that I'm very concerned that the walls not get scuffed. Our sofa was 85" long, and going down half a flight of stairs with a 90 degree turn. The crew arrived, tried to take the sofa down, and saw it would not go without scuffs. They then disassembled the sofa and carried it out piece by piece. I had a last minute move I was about to get a response back from Jonathan quickly and he was deft able to work inside of my budget. Two guys came over professionally wrapped my items and made sure my things weren't damaged this is a great company and I would definitely use them again quick, fairly priced and friendly.

I used these guys to move a retail store. I had three guys who arrived on time, we hard working and polite, and got the job done in an appropriate amount of time, putting in whatever effort it took. I was very pleased and would use them again. From my first text with Jonathan to closing things out, it was pleasant and professional. I had the complete opposite experience than many of the other negative reviews.
I was a little annoyed that the ad I saw said that it was $30 per mover per hour with NO HIDDEN FEES, but then it turned out I had to pay for the use of the truck. Which is the definition

They will destroy all of your furniture and valuables so BEWARE
They will change your move time over and over again

I'm very upset my brand new cherry wood table was destroyed my Furniture was destroyed everything was practically new they do not handle your things with care they will drag furniture on the ground and throw things around as if it doesn't matter to them
They are overpriced and are not professional Movers
They drive slow and work

This is the worst moving company I ever saw, they made a hole in the leather couch on one side, they scratch the wood floor with the furniture in the new house we were moving, they broke my nice dining table for 6 chairs and 2 mirrors. They dont have a coverage liability insurance, actually they have, but covers the 2 % of the value of the items, its a total joke! I paid $540.- thinking they're insurance will pay for the items lost, otherwise I would pay nothing!

Confirmed my appointment yesterday for today, I took off work as well. I texted the manager my address and everything and he said he got it. Waited in the morning and I texted him when his movers are coming. He texted me saying I didn't confirm!? I texted him my address and he never asked for any confirmation. Very unprofessional and irresponsible to take an action and try and fix things. He kept rejecting my calls and did not text or call back.

I called at least five moving companies before I reached Jonathan at the Affordable Pro Movers. All I needed was simple labor assistance to move a furniture that weighed 250 lbs from the ground level to 2nd floor. Other moving companies were quoting me minimum $300 for two men labor that wasn't even going to take any more than 10 minutes. When I reached Jonathan at the APM, he was gladly willing to negotiate the price based on my unique circumstances. I asked for two men labor at 6pm, which was after his normal business hours because my furniture delivery window was from 2pm to 6pm, but Jonathan
