We can preserve your belongings during repairs or when you leave your house for a long time. I hired this company at the very last minute and they were very accommodating, fast, professional, courteous, and it was a great pleasure to work with them. Three guys showed up early on a Sunday morning and moved our 2 bedroom apartment in just under 4 hours - very much worth the cost.
I will hire them again next time in a heartbeat. From the very beginning, they were very informative and disclosed all costs and potential charges at the time of scheduling. I moved from a 1 bedroom to another so it was a small job but heavy pieces. They sent over a crew of 3 guys that arrived on time and were super professional.
They loaded everything in no time even though it was a 3rd floor walk up and we had a lot of stuff! Then they drove across town and unloaded everything in under a couple of hours. Generally I would be concerned about the condition of furniture, but they took such a great care of our items that I was confident everything will be great!

I am so happy I hired Pro American Van Lines movers this time. They came on time and helped me not only move everything from one 2-bedroom apartment to another but also pack and unpack my stuff. I didn't have to worry about wrapping my mattresses and white sofa, they did it. They also brought wardrobe boxes, wrapping paper, blankets, dollies and additional boxes for my stuff. Another great help was them taking apart my kids bunk bed and my queen bed and then putting it together at my new place. I didn't have to micromanage them and tell them how to pack things and where to put it, they did it all

Thank you so much to Alina and her team. I was worried if there will be no show or no call as few of my friends experience with other movers. Alina assured me that they will be on time and I need not worry.
On the day of moving two men arrived and they were very swift and took care of the stuffs. I did the packing part, I wanted someone to load and unload stuff. I was left with few last minute packing, those guys helped me to finish the packing and reached to the destination on time. Throughout the travel they used to keep me updated about when they started and when they reached etc and vice versa

They were amazing! They were prompt & really good about letting me know when they would arrive. There was issues at my loading dock & they handled all of it & kept me informed the whole time. They were professional, efficient & kind. I have recommended to friends & all of them have had great experiences as well.

I would definitely recommend this moving company - the two movers who helped me go from one studio to another were efficient, friendly, and took great care of my belongings. I am giving them four stars instead of five because they were two hours late, but there was an accident so it was not their fault, and they communicated excellently with me throughout the whole thing. Great value for a great price.
I will add that they didn't wear masks, but they were upfront with me upon booking that they would not be. I completely understand, for it's super hot out and they are doing hard manual

Ill be perfectly honest. It was relatively inexpensive because we were not moving very far from where we were. They came in and made pretty quick work of the move. The only thing we noted after we got everything set up in the new house is some damage on our brand new furniture. Some of the nuts and bolts were missing from our master bed and here a month later we are still waiting for replacement parts so we can finally put our bedroom back together. At the end of the day I'd say a little careless with the furniture.

The movers were to come between 1-3 and got there around 5 due to the previous person having more than expected items. They kept me informed of the time and it was not an issue as it turns out I had more than expected items too! The movers were very professional and helpful. I eyed up having more than 2 truck loads and they left around 11. I felt like that were very careful with my things and moved them where I needed them. Although it was very late, they treated me with respect the whole time. Great price too! I would recommend them.

It was a huge move done for us by Pro American Van Lines last week. Guys did a tremendous job! It took 2 days 3 truck loads and 6 guys to completely pack our old house and move us to our new residence in Woodbridge. I can't thank them enough for the way our belonging were handled. We experienced a highest level of professionalism and care from all the team members and sales crew. Guys were strong and efficient, they did everything we asked for, starting from small packing to installing our huge wall units and armoirs. Many thanks!! I'll definitely recommend them to all of my friends!

I loved Pro American Van lines. The 3 three guys I got where efficient, professional, on-time, willing to adjust a bit, and just very very helpful. Everything was delivered as promised by Alina. I had a pretty complex bed but it was disassembled and reassembled properly in quick order. Same with TVs and anything else that needed to be taken apart. I went over on my original count to them but was more than willing to pay because like I said they adjusted accordingly. Everything was done in just a little bit over what was originally quoted as far as time and cost. Great job and I'll use

DO NOT use this service. They will do whatever they can to charge you for any amount of money even if you don't sign a contract with them. They charged me without my electronic signature and even sent people to my old house without my confirmation and then claimed that I still own them a cancellation fee. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They have terrible customer service and all they want is to take your money. I can only imagine how careless their actual moving service is.

I highly recommend Pro American Van Lines! I spoke with Alina for my initial estimate and she was so informative and the actual cost actually came out to be lower than her initial estimate since the movers worked so quickly. Andre and his team showed up early and finished the move at exactly 3 hour mark. They could have lollygaged for another 5 minutes since they prorate every 30 min but they never did. His team was courteous, worked fast and barely took any breaks in the heat and humidity. I can happily report that none of my furniture was damaged. They do require a credit card to hold the move

Movers were great! Personable and professional, they called 30 minutes before they arrived and got right to work in the August heat and humidity. They were good about wrapping all of our furniture and I can happily report that there was no damage to any of our belongings. The move only went an hour over the original time estimate despite my very poor assessment of how many belongings we actually have. And the price was right, we were quoted as much as $300-$400 more from other companies.

Representativ of Pro American was vey prompt with answers via email and sent me detailed information. I was impressed with him replying to me quickly.
Team showed up on time and informed me 30 minutes heads-up. They'we very professional and even i had some boxes not packed it did not bother them and they helped me to finish my packing part. Very kind and honest team, they were well-skilled and serious about the tasks what they had done on my big job. I won't regret my decision to hire those guys.
