Jack is the ABSOLUTE WORST guy I have ever encountered during all of my home moves. He confirmed my move reservation date in writing one month in advance. When I emailed him to confirm my move time a week before my moving date, he did not respond to both of my emails so I called his cell and left a voice message. Jack did not reply to my voice message so I repeatedly called him until he finally answered the phone. At this point, it's 3 days before my move date and Jack unapologetically says that he forgot all about my reservation and already scheduled 3 other moves on the same day. Moving is stressful

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I am not the type of person to write bad reviews, even when my experience is disappointing, but I have to just in case you are thinking of doing business with this company. I booked a move and had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. I was extremely thankful and appreciative that they were able to accommodate and reschedule me for later that week. Up until the rescheduled moving day, no word from them. It was only verbal confirmation that they’d be there on the new day within a general timeframe, which I took the owner’s word that they would be there

Fantastic from start to finish! Easy to work with for our 3 recent moves. The crew was personable and went above and beyond to make sure our stuff was take care of during the moves. Everything was placed where we wanted it at the final move and a final walk through to make sure I didn't need anything before leaving. 5star!

Jack and his guys are simply incredible - responsive, efficient, positive, and beyond hardworking. They even helped pick up a couch for me in Framingham before my move in Newton started - they had my entire place packed, loaded, and unloaded in 3.5 hours, includingaincluding hoisting furniture over the deck that didn't fit up the stairs. After my move, they circled back to remove two box springs they hoisted when we realized they wouldn't fit up to the 3rd floor where we needed them. This was my first professional move after years of moving myself around the country and while I was worried about

I had a reservation with them for a specific time. I had clearly stated that the elevator reservation policy is strict at my building. 30 minutes before the move, they called me and said they’re going to be 2 hours late! Of course, I had to cancel on them and try to find another mover at the last minute. This made my moving experience 100% harder, and they didn’t even provide a proper apology.

I could not be happier with the service we received from Miss Cheryl’s moving. Jack was super helpful in scheduling and arranging our move. Steve and his crew were efficient and treated all our belongings with the utmost care. They took apart and put together our furniture and made sure to be as clean as they possibly could. The guys are all personable and you can tell that they take pride in their work. My wife and I have moved seven times in the last 13 years, and this was one of the best moving experiences we have had. Thank you guys!!

Jack and his team are great at what they do. In the last 8 years, we moved 6 different times and this is the best experience we have had so far moving. They were on time, flexible, understanding, very careful with our belongings and the best price we found so far. They took their time to make sure all our furniture was set up properly and where we wanted them. Everything was package properly. Nothing was damaged. If we ever have to move again we are calling Jack for sure.

Best moving experience I have ever had. Jack was fast and on top of scheduling. These guys were THE most efficient movers I have ever worked with, they wasted no time at all. They even helped me pack more of my stuff that I hadn’t had time to put together. They reassembled some of my furniture with higher quality than it was originally assembled by another company. They worked hard and fast while still being careful with all of my things. Even beyond that, however, Jack and his movers (Steve and Loren) were nice, good people. I absolutely would hire them again and I’m recommending them

We used Jack and his crew today to move my daughter from our house in Watertown into her first apartment in Cambridge. Jack not only squeezed us into an already crazy schedule over the Labor Day Weekend, but he and his crew did such an awesome job. My daughter had lot's of oversized items and a mattress that was a total pain - they barely broke a sweat! They called when they were on their way and showed up exactly when they said they would. And the job was finished before we knew it. Thank you, Jack!!
