When I came home to see my Condo completely flooded I didn't know where to start. Our HOA and Management companies were not answering- Lone Star Pro Service team led by Josh showed up fast and had a plan. Everything they recommended was accurate and without their help my condo still would probably be flooded- thanks Josh.

George is the best.. HONEST.. will not do what does not need to be done.
Hired him for a requested repair , after review , said it was best a HANDYMAN could do. I have referred him over the years..and always hear what a great job he as done for them . First met years ago.. and removed the smoke smell from the house.. cleaned the vents..amazing difference. Ended up selling the house and had multiple offers even in 2016.. No complaints of smoke smell. Previous owner had smoke there consistently for 13 years. Strongly encourage having your HVAC vents cleaned often. just can not sey enough. he ROCKS

They came out in May of last year to clean mold out of my A/C.
Judging by the expectation they set for me, I was pleased with their service and the quality of the work.
However, they did not tell me that mold could fully grow back after 6 months. This expectation was not set, nor would I have proceeded with $1000 worth of cleaning if I knew that this was possible.
Of course, by November, the mold had grown back in my ducts, and the whole house smelled humid when I turned the A/C on.
I tried calling them after the holidays to have them come do another inspection which was a mistake because now

I needed to have my air ducts cleaned in a pinch so I called Lone Star on Thursday and they had an appointment for me on Friday. My step daughter and her kids had moved in and were feeling the affects of what we found out was mold but had no idea considering we hadn’t been affected. Edgar came to our home and was very patient with all of our questions and was super informative. He reassured us that he would solve the problem and everything would be good for the time frame of the treatment. He made us feel better about the babies that are here and even offered to put my my new air filters in since

Scheduled appointment on a short notice, just a day before and was able to have them come to my house next day exactly at the time requested!
We've been all having allergies in the house and couldn't understand why and George found out that we have mold and it can be treated. Did amazing job, very professional and clean! Explained how everything works and provided all needed information for future assistance as well! I would definitely recommend this company, I can breath now without struggle!! Thank you!

I made an amazing decision by allowing Lone Star Pro Services to come out and clean my home! The carpets looked amazing after they finished with the deep cleaning treatments! I also had them come out and clean my air ducts and the quality of my air has improved tremendously. George and Alex came out and they were extremely professional and they had expansive product knowledge. I was very impressed with the services and this company.
