I reached out for a quote and their availability. The woman who responded gave me the rate and said it was possible someone could come out "this afternoon or Tuesday". That was Jennifer according to the email signature.
Hours went by without any follow up. I sent a message asking for "any news" and someone responded: "...she emailed at 2 asking about this afternoon". Just that line. Obviously, the person who sent that snarky line didn't intend for me to see it. They included me by accident. It was as if to say I was being unreasonable.

R&R pest control responded to my call about a wasp nest that got out of hand on my second story . I was hesitant to knock it down simply because it wasn't just a small average size nest but had gotten a bit out of hand and larger than I usually have dealt with in the past .
The owner was very professional and extremely polite . He told me to text my info over Friday when I called and he would get back too me with a day and time to show up for the following week . He was quick to respond and told me Monday between 12-2 and gave me a decent quote for a one time visit .

I used to be my own pest control guy spraying stuff from Home Depot -- when I remembered... that was up till about 2012 when a scorpion walked onto my shoulder in my bed. John was very polite, courteous, and knowledge about our pest problem. John wore a face mask and covered shoe slips when in the house. John also took time to explain the process and talk about recomendations on yard improvements to help ward off future pests too. Greg was also courteous over the phone when scheduling and made sure we had a team member on site asap which was nice. Thank you guys!

I have used R&R for several years now. Greg and his team are very responsive and they are not just a "once and done" service. On more than one occasion, I've asked them to come out in between my scheduled, quarterly spraying and they've come out and done a great job. Recently, I had an ant infestation and Greg came out and took care of it.

I cannot say enough nice things about this company and Greg. We have used R&R for over 3 years now for bimonthly pest control sprays and other pests issues. They got everything (interior and exterior spradone in a timely fashion. However, we never saw a full eradication of the pests. Just a minimization. We have a 3 month old and it's pretty disappointing that it was not fixed all the way. Nothing more disgusting than finding a flea on your baby's leg. Tried to message them about it but never got a reply.
Update: got a message back after posting. They offered to come back out and get everything fixed up within the week. Everything seems to be working so far, fingers crossed. Thankful they got everything done so quickly!
