We have really enjoyed working with Roxanne and Kim on building our dream home. They made the experience very pleasant. They answered every question we had during the home building process. They were quick to respond to any emails we sent. They have gone above and beyond any sales rep we have worked with in the past! We just closed on a home in a new Campbell Homes neighborhood. I cannot write enough of a glowing review for this group. This is the first house I have had built and it could not have been a better experience. It started with a great sales staff of Fred and Christy. These two were very responsive and constantly in contact with us during the entire process. The entire building staff was very friendly and accommodating of minor changes during the entire process. Hands down Campbell is one of the best home builders I have worked with. I moved into my current Campbell home a few months back and couldn't be happier. Campbell is the third home builder I have bought a home from in Colorado Springs and they beat the others hands down. They have a lot of different customization options, great floor plans, and really partner with the buyer throughout the process. I never really got an 'us-vs-them' feeling like I did with other builders. They even made changes for things we saw up to the week before we closed. Their quality is top notch. I hope not

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERINCE. EVERYONR IS ABSOLUTELY GARBADGE AND UNWILLING TO HELP.. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM. You'll get help in warranty. And hardly get anything in the way of concessions if mistakes are made. Buy with someone else. Even though there is no option for zero stars if still put.1 just because we at least love the house it self. Everything else awful.

Best Home Builder!!!
Well oiled Machine with Craftsmanship by far superior to other builders.
We bought in the "Estates" in Meridian Ranch, From the Moment we bought our Lot at the sales Office with Roxanne and Kim we sailed through the process. We picked our finishes through Guys Flooring and they were so helpful making sure we were picking out our style and even though we ran over our budget..It was so worth it.
Our Home was on a Schedule and Campbell homes amazed me. Every time i went to check on progress, it was at the Next and then the Next stage. The Home finished On-Time and

I signed on with Campbell Homes as an OSU sophomore heading into my junior year. A few weeks into the summer I made a last minuet decision to transfer colleges and move back home. I needed to cancel my lease with Campbell. I thought it would be a simple process: I would lose my deposit and sign out of the lease. However, the process I had to go through as a college student to get out of the lease was ridiculous. First off, the lease I had signed did not give direction on what would happen if someone needed to cancel their lease. It was very vague and left room for assumption. So, I called Campbells

(Update July 2018) Horrible!! Avoid this builder!! We finally had some warranty work completed last fall (dry season). We had Campbell Homes send out people to fix the drainage in our yard. With the recent heavy rains this season, we were able to see that fixes did not work and our yard was still flooding and warping our fence line. I called in a warranty work claim and asked for Campbell Homes to please correct the work and to make it right; help us stop the flooding in our yard. They replied that they would not fix the drainage as their intent was only to move the water away from our home. This

The best! We were the second owners of a house built by Campbell Homes. The house was only three years old when we purchased it. I can honestly say that these homes are built to last. Campbell uses high quality products, and builds the homes to be energy-efficient. We have since moved to GA, and have come to realize what it means to have a good, honest and reliable builder. We miss our home. One of the things we miss the most is having a home we can enjoy, rather than sinking a lot of money in to our current new build home for repairs. We really took it for granted as to how well or home in CO
