All was good with me deliveries however my wait time litterly was 15 weeks till all pieces were delivered. When I was purchasing the " Bedroom set " I was not told that it didn't include a mattress or box spring... I waited 15 weeks to find out after sleeping on a blowup mattress that I wasnt getting a full Bedroom Set as I expected. This was a failure to communicate and validate from the sales side. Personally ill never recommend this business nor will I ever return. The excuse of COVID-19 causing longer wait times for delivery is just BS. Good luck to any who decide to do business

Been waiting on a warranty repair for 3 months because they're waiting on a part from the manufacturer. My couch has been useless and I get it's on the manufacturer's timeline, but I bought it from furniture deals, it's on them to maintain the customer relationship and "make it right" with a credit or something. My advice is When you buy furniture from them, make sure you buy 2 of the exact same thing, which is a terrible idea because you're just giving them more money.

I visited because I just bought a house that I am working on furnishing. The thing I liked was their great prices but they have back-orders and very few items in stock. I was told it was going to take 6-8 weeks for my couch to arrive. The customer service rep was friendly but a little overbearing. Sometimes you just want to browse and see what they have but the salesman was a little pushy and insisted on showing me exactly what I was looking for. Finally, I had to tell him I just want to look around by myself.

Can I give them a MINUS 4 stars? That's what they earned. John, the salesman who sold me a mattress/box springs LIED about "white glove" delivery (set up of the new stuff, removal of the old) being included in the price, about the $100 mattress cover I was buying being a BAG...NOPE, just a souped-up fitted sheet with padding. I found out they'd scheduled me for a dump-and-run delivery when I had called them to check on scheduling (after they'd reopened deliveries after COVID-19 restrictions, which were not their fault, I get it). We purchased a sofa and loveseat 2 years ago from here. Ashley furniture by the way. That is important to know. Furniture only warranted for a year. Their 5 year Protection plan is not warranty protection. Wasted my money there. The leg was repaired as requested, but the degradation of the furniture in general is not covered and therefore deemed non refundable or returnable. Shop around - better deals to be had. Found a sofa and love seat I wanted to purchase (priced on the higher side for this place). Sales rep (Matthew was great) said he had to talk the manager to see if there was anything they could do on the price. Came back and said there was nothing the manager would do with the 4 year interest free option they had available. He said they could run my credit and see if there was anything they could do after that (kind of backwards if you ask me - settle on price and then deal with financing in my book). We were trying to decide between a sofa & a sectional, and Rhea (pronounced R-ay) was so incredibly helpful! We didn't even up buying there (but it was close, we went back to the store twice) so I can't talk on the purchasing experience, but I would go back there in a heartbeat because of the wonderful customer service he provided.

I'm shocked by all the negative reviews. I have purchase a living room set and another for my husbands man cave here and am currently looking for a new dining room table and chairs and this place is always the place we end up. We look at NFM but there prices are ridiculous. They have great prices and I have always experienced great customer service.

If I'm willing to go into Overland Park to go to your business...your doing something right.

I don't remember the day of the week we stopped in, but it wasn't the weekend, so no crowds or difficulty parking. Our salesperson was helpful, but not annoying. He left us alone​ but checked in here and there to make sure we were ok.

I had to furnish an entire house and was looking for nice items, but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I got a livingroom set and bedroom set within my price range. They both look wonderful​ and the delivery​ guys were very professional

I was in there this afternoon. Never been treated so rude, while 8 trailer trash people were in running all over. 6 months ago we bought a 5 piece king size bedroom set, and sofa and 2 chaired and end tables staff was great but I will never be back.

Do not buy anything from Furniture Deals they don't sta d beside their warranty. Very poor customer service.

After first trying the Furniture Mall of Kansas and Nebraska Furniture Mart, this place delivered. I was on a tight deadline to get furniture before Christmas and they made it happen. Not only that, but it was about the same stuff at FMoK and NFM. Cool story, this place was way cheaper than FMoK and about the same as NFM. NFM had a backlog and couldn't deliver until mid to late January. I got 2 couches, a sofa, 2 chairs, a coffee table, 2 end tables, and a TV stand on 36 months 0% financing...all delivered within a week and a half of purchase. I am very pleased with the selection, service, and delivery that I received from furniture deals in Overland Park. My salesperson, Brent, was very helpful and not pushy at all. I purchased a couch and love seat and wanted to stay under $1200. I had plenty of options within my price range. The delivery arrived slightly earlier than expected so I had to contact the company and let them know that I would arrive at my apartment about 5 minutes later than the delivery truck, since I wasn't home when I received the call stating that my delivery was on its way. These guys are awesome! I bought a chair from them, after I had it a few days it started hurting my back to sit in it, there was nothing wrong with the chair, I have
a bad back. When I went back to the store and asked if I could return it and get a
different chair, they were very happy to do it. They didn't even charge me the
restocking fee. I don't buy a lot of new furniture, but I will definitely keep them in
mind when I need something new.

I purchased a cocktail table and endtable through this company. When delivered, the cocktail table was damaged in many places. It's been 3 weeks and an ongoing battle with no results for the return of this product. I'd give thenm 0 stars if I could! I am giving them one more week before I dispute the charges through American Express. COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED with this company.

***Update*** I changed by review from 1 star to 3. They finally returned my call. And, I have to say, once they did, they fixed the situation. I am receiving a full refund. They apologized for taking so long

I've been here 3 times in the last 5 years as I've made the transition from the last of my college furniture to "grown-up" furniture (with "grown-up" prices). This place must be a boiler-room because each time I've had help over the years it has been with a different person. The last person I worked with is never there and my sense is people come in, churn, burn, and get out. In any case, it doesn't affect your experience.
