Excellent customer service.. excellent quality.. beautiful table and bench.... can't say enough about this company. You can tell that they are very proud of creating high quality pieces of furniture that will last a lifetime. Chairs in the attached pictures were purchased separately but table and bench were from Unruh.

I can tell you that my table was worth the wait! It is so beautiful and I love that the table is quality hardwood and hand made by a locally owned company. We are renovating our home and I feel like this table ties my kitchen together and I love the thought of it being my kitchen table for decades to come.

I have yet to receive my Colby table I purchased at the end of July for my remodeled home that I needed a custom sized table. I have been emailing with Scout about my order and she has been very hard to work with. Getting an exact answer on when my table will be arriving has been nearly impossible. I was told via email it would be arriving mid-October then was never updated on a delay. I then had to reach out to find out that it haven't been shipped yet. I was then told I would receive it on the 13th of November after a week long trip I took, this date I set up with her via email. Never updated

We couldn't be more thrilled with our Unruh Furniture experience. Every step of the process was easy and efficient. Our appointment at the KC showroom allowed to see examples of everything we were interested in, and the staff answered all of our questions and helped us narrow down our choices and make decisions based on our lifestyle.
Once we placed our order we were able to monitor the progress through their ingenious tracking system- we got to see exactly who completed each step of our build.

Went back yesterday to order a dining room table. After looking at tables everywhere we quickly remembered Unruh and decided to pay a tad more for a solid wood table and exactly what we wanted. We got to see the new church building and were amazed. So beautiful and love the showrooms. And you can even watch from afar as they make pieces. Service is still incredible. They were patient and so helpful with my indecisive brain.

We purchased a sideboard for our living room for our TV to sit on. We'd been to all the big box furniture stores and everything was particle-board junk. Somehow in our online searches, the internet decided that we needed to know about Unruh and it popped up on my feed one day. We thought it sounded interesting and set up an appt to check it out.
There are no words to describe how different the experience was from the get-go. I won't bore you with the details of how we finally decided (we're a very indecisive couple). But once we made our choice, the Unruh staff was AMAZING

I was really disappointed with my Unruh experience. I had done my research and booked a 30 minute appointment to discuss the piece I had in mind, a concrete or metal surface dining table. Having seen the great brand marketing video and loving the story of this local, family owned and operated business I was so excited. I had received multiple emails leading up to my appointment, reminding me of the time and date and "don't forget to bring dimensions" for your consult, I was ready! We purchased a hickory farm table last year and loved everything about it. However, within a couple months, 3 of the 4 legs had cracked at the seam and there was a crack in the table top. After discussing with Unruh, initially they were unwilling the waive the delivery fee to fix something that was clearly a manufacturing issue. Brittany (the new office manager) contacted us 6 months later and worked with us to correct the issue. We got 4 new legs for the table and the table top patched to our liking. Buying furniture from Unruh is an experience! My husband and I had looked at furniture at big box stores and chains and never found the quality we were looking for. We wanted pieces we could enjoy for a lifetime and pass on to our son. While the online showroom is sleek and easy to navigate, it has nothing on visiting the showroom in person. First getting a table from a place like Unruh has been a dream for us. We love the look of our table and the Unruh environment.
My only issue is that the table scratched after less then a year. We brought it back to be refinished and all was well. Until it scratched again. We understand nothing is scratch proof but we don't have kids yet so over all the table is well taken care of. We do have a cat who we suspected was the source of the first scratch. However we have furniture we have refinished ourselves and the cat jump on that too with no scratches. I bumped my wedding ring on the edge

Purchased a custom desk from them and it turned out great. Visited the showroom and ordered in person, Nathan was super helpful and easy to work with. Their facility is in an old church and is worth a visit if you're in the area, it's a very cool old building that they've converted to a furniture shop. Delivery was two weeks early which was a nice surprise and the delivery itself that day was early. They sent texts throughout the day to keep us in the loop if they were running on schedule. The finished product turned out great and we're very happy with the whole experience.

I ordered a custom TV stand from Unruh last Oct. It was delivered in Dec after a delay due to bad weather. While the piece was made to my specs, I was kinda disappointed in the finished product. I had them do a cut out in the back so I could pull cords through. The cut out was not at all straight though it's in the back and not visible so I wasn't going to make a big deal about it. Then I noticed after the delivery guys left that the surfaces of the shelves weren't sanded smoothly..lots of rough spots. For the price I paid, I feel the surfaces should be perfectly smooth. So

Table was sent back under warranty service and was never the same again. :( Top coat finish not smooth, feels like sandpaper. Owner says moisture in the wood, yadda yadda, it will get smoother the more we use it. So disappointed.
