I placed an order with Trinh in January and provided my credit card. They offered a discount if I paid via check. I decided to take the savings and they promised that my order would not be delayed due to switching payment. I called in yesterday to find out when my order was being delivered and was told it was just placed last week. They never processed my order. I have asked to cancel as I did not like the way I had been communicated with me. Now they are telling me my order shipped. I will keep everyone posted. If I receive my refund tomorrow I will update this post. Chalk this up to poor communication
