Highly recommended! I had a set budget and had a timeframe in mind. After contacting several other companies I found Dustin with Longboard Roofing. This company was great to work with from start to finish. I worked with John to get the initial quote which was detailed and competitive. He stayed in frequent contact with me to drop off shingle samples, share warranty info, and set the install dates. The team that came to do the work was quick and efficient. It was completed in one day with an inspection the next day to ensure that the job was done well and the site was cleaned up. They really went above and beyond. Top Notch. I had a few different roofers quote on this job and Longboard had the most competitive pricing and best product of everyone I reached out to. Added bonus....they are local to Topsail and I wanted that over a national company or franchise.
I worked with Hannah from end to end with quoting and scheduling. She is crazy knowledgeable, very professional and a joy to work with. Roofers showed up on the day we scheduled@ 8:30AM and got to work. They kept me informed along the way with information on boards that needed to be replaced, etc. By 4:30PM I had a solid 130MPH wind-ready new roof

The crew at Longboard roofing are great to work with. Dustin has built a well oiled machine. John our salesman was thorough and explained the whole process. He was easy to stay in touch with and kept us informed about each step of our job. Gonzalez our site manager was very polite and all around good guy keeping us informed on the install day.
Installers were neat and thoughtful. Taking care to fix our damaged plywood.

We cannot say enough good things about the Longboard team (Dustin, Hannah, John). A large portion of our roof blew off during Isaias - their team came out within hours of our first call to tarp it They met with the insurance adjuster at our house (even when he came hours early) and are pros when it comes to working with insurance. They came when they said they would and did what they promised, which is a huge deal to me. Our new roof looks great. When they were done, they even cleaned up the yard, leaving no trace that they were here. Nutshell, a great local company that we’d highly recommend
