They want all the money up front to start. I was dealing with my insurance company and getting an estimate. I asked about that how how much to start thinking they would surely want cost of materials up front. Understanding they are a small company but asking for full payment up front is a little much in these days and times. I went with another small company that wanted cost of materials up front and waited for insurance company to send check for finished job. And was very happy with the work. I don't know if I dodged the bullet or what. But you might want to beware.
