We decided to get a new furnace and AC system from them soon. John gave us very detailed info about their systems and the whole process. He cares about the clients for sure. Their company is NATE certified and has many good reviews. They have Trane systems with decent prices. They offered the best we found, compared to what the other two contractors showed us. I'll review them again once the install is complete. 😉

Called to fix a leak, blew my drain out. Charged $95. The leak turned into a constant pour and was told it needed basic maintenance. Guy comes to do the basic maintenance and tells me it's needs deep cleaning. So they came to do that and at the end of the cleaning told me my coil was leaking and would cost almost $700 for the coil alone. This was after paying almost $400 for the deep cleaning. Now my air doesn't work anymore and the owner David is only worried about his money than a satisfied customer. Feels more like a purposely sabatoge to milk more money out.

I called for service work needed and Josh came out that same day and found problem and discovered further issues with my heating unit. He recommended replacement needed and discussed other future problems I may have. He also recommended replacing entire unit to heat and cool my residence. I received 3 options to purchase. Within 2 days I had my new unit installed by crew from Ashton Britt and was it completed successfully and professionally by all. Very pleased and satisfied with Ashton Britt! Definitely recommend!

Ashton Britt Services Co. responded quickly (same day) to our request for a service call. We ended up purchasing a new AC system. The company worked quickly to get everything installed and ready for us to use during that very warm week. There was a small dent on the outside unit after installation and a new panel was ordered and replaced, no delays. I was pleased and impressed that they were intent on making sure we were completely satisfied with the product and their work-which we were and are. The most horrible customer service EVER. Had them over for a service call. THEY determined after 20 years, the ducts were too small for the AC unit I had. 10 days later still no quote and in the meantime my AC kept freezing up (90 degrees outside mind you). Called them at least 4 times about the quote...."David is working on it right now". Me thinks Not!
Finally got another company over here and it was just a damper sticking closed....$200 vs $$$$THOUSANDS. They are a total rip-off! Then David finally calls and tells me my house is a total mess...not even an apology.
