Mike came over to give a quote on extending our propane gas line, but he also quoted replacing our hot water tank. It felt like a family member was over to help me out. What a difference from some of the other quotes I got for the job. He's now officially my first call if I have an HVAC or plumbing job.

I first had used Family Comfort Heating and Air after my home warranty found that it was the only company in the area that would come out to repair my HVAC system in a timely fashion. I have had a great experience with Family Comfort Heating and Cooling. Mike has extended and maintained my unit for years now. Many people don't realize these machines need to be winterized and parts need to be replaced occasionally, fluids replaced, filters replaced. Your unit will run sometimes with out this maintenance but it will shorten the life of your unit. It's like your teeth, sure you can save money and not go to the dentist and those small cavities will turn into a mouth of rotten teeth, after years of neglect and then you have to have all your teeth pulled.
