I called him (the owner) about a leak around my air conditioner condensation pump and he arrived the following morning and cleaned out the clogged pipe and showed me how to prevent that from happening in the future. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with him for maintenance and plan on using this company for all my HVAC needs!

When I first called I left a voicemail, within 5 minutes I received a call back. The man was very polite and asked a lot of questions to be sure we had done everything we could without needing to be serviced. He assured me he would be out today ASAP and he was. He showed up within an hour checked our thermostat and then our hvac. Once he discovered the problem he explained it to me and showed me what was wrong. He then told me the price it would be to replace what we needed and I told him it was okay to go ahead and fix it. Once fixed he came inside and checked our cooling setup and filter. He

This business comes HIGHLY recommended. They where genuinely concerned about my issue and scheduled me an appt. for my issue at the soonest time for my schedule. They arrived on time and where very personable and professional. They looked into my issue and took the time to explain every problem they had found and all of my questions, They then gave me an upfront REASONABLE cost for said repairs along with the pros and cons of them with the final choice being mine with NO pressure. Hometown HVAC1 is now in my contact list as I wont call anyone else for my future AC/Heat needs.

Awesome service. He worked well pass dark to make sure we had heat. This system has been acting up for over three years. We would call someone out, they would "fix" it and, within a week, it was tore up again. Matt fixed it in record time and went above and beyond to make sure that it stayed fixed. I've lived in this house for 23 years and can honestly say I don't remember the heat ever working this well. I would recommend this company to anyone. A++
