My AC and HVAC system was 30 years old, so when it went out (in a glorious fashion!) there was no doubt what would be needed. Mauricio came out at the scheduled time to look my system over, he was very friendly and explained everything in such a way that it was easy to understand exactly what I would be getting and why I needed it. They followed through on the appointment and installed 2 complete Trane HVAC systems in one day with no surprises! I would highly recommend this company! Very professional and efficient team. Mauricio is very knowledgeable and was able to get us the best value on a new install and duct work. He walked us through the entire process and explained everything. I also love that they offer preventative maintenance plans to keep your system maintained year round. Excel Air team is fabulous. I have used them last year for AC repair and this year I have them replace my 20 years old unit. They did fabulous job. Very knowledgeable team and worked with utmost care and professionalism. They did not rush on doing stuff and explained all the details. Very competitive pricing. We have worked with and contacted a few local A/C repair companies. Moricio and team stood out from the pack -- they were the most professional, transparent, timely and most important, honest. We got quotes and explanations from competitors that sounded off, and at worst, misleading -- and would have cost us thousands of dollars more! Moricio and team were also responsive on a hot Houston summer day. Our whole family works with them now, and will definitely stick with them!

Not one to regularly place these online posts, but I feel I must. First off; not a robot or member of the family.
In my opinion, they are an outstanding company. I have been using then for many years. Up until recently, just for AC and furnace preventive maintenance and some minor repairs.
However, recently, I had then do a long over due, duct replaced. They did a bang up job. Quickly, affordable, no suprised additional costs and cleaned up after they were done.
I would recommend them to anyone at anytime and I have.
