I had ASAP make some new keys for my work van. The technician that came to my house was polite and did great work. No complaints there. My interactions with the owner, Josh was not pleasant. He seemed annoyed that he even needed to talk with me. At first I just ignored it thinking we all have bad days but then called him back days later to do schedule another job, which he quoted me earlier. Same experience. Really short with me and rude. At first he told me they don’t do rekeys then said he doesn’t have time. I understand if your busy but there are better ways to treat your customers. Will

Josh was great on my initial call, communication was perfect. The car dealership initially gave him wrong information with the availability of the kind of key fob I needed, and Josh called me back right away to make sure I was aware I couldn’t get what I initially wanted to make sure I was okay with something different. Ron was my technician and he came during the timing window promised and was kind, courteous and professional. He even offered to jump my battery as my car had been sitting in my driveway for a few days! 100% recommend. Thank you!
