I had to get some keys duplicated quickly! I called ahead and confirmed that this was a service they provide and brought my keys in.
I had originally intended to do this at Home Depot, but their staff members were really struggling with the machine and I even told me one of my keys was a style they can't duplicate.
I went to Keymasters and the turn around was quick and the price was totally fair! Thank you!

Bought an odd ball classic car with missing door keys. They educated me on how the locks worked and they were very patient with me as they were explaining it to me and as I checked for updates. I brought in door, glove box, and trunk locks, they made a key that works in all of them! I didn't have to track down a new matching lock set with keys. Saved me time and money. Was a great example of why you should trust these experts. Will definitely be back for all my key needs.

We had our locks changed when we moved into our new home. Come to find out it is much cheaper to re-key than buy 4-5+ new locks! The guys at Keymasters were very helpful when I called to get information about re-keying since I'd never had it done before. We were able to get it scheduled and done in about 2 days time. Total time at our home for 5 locks and 5 new keys was about 30-40 minutes. I'd say that's a lot faster than me changing a single lock on my own! Thanks Keymasters!

We have a 100 year old house. The front doorknob came loose - and then actually came out (detached from the door hole!). We'd used Keymasters 7 years ago when we needed a key made for the door when we bought the house).
My husband called them about our current situation. The gentleman on the phone had my husband bring the doorknob in. He explained to my husband what had happened - and how to fix it. No charge. No service call. That's service!

I got locked out of my house on a hot morning with a dog and 3 month old. The original quote was that it would take an hour, but they made me a priority and someone was there within 20 minutes. KeyMasters is the only place that I go to to have keys made. I gave up trying to have a spare house keys in the lake made at hardware stores and other shops. Half of them just didn't quite work right. There is something to be said by having a professional do something that would be on the face of it very easy to do. Machines are automated to duplicate a key somehow can't make a key that works and locks. This is never the case with any key made by Keymasters. I went to a few other places before another business recommended I go here. I needed a safety box key copied and nobody in town would do it. They were able to assist me. Store was clean and open and the person assisting me was very professional. I even had a nice visit with another customer while waiting. Overall, this experience couldn't have been any better. If I ever need keys made or a locksmith, I will be calling these guys!

I called Keymasters to rekey my house and Brian came out the next day. He was absolutely excellent. Very professional and relatable and not only was able to rekey all of our locks for less than I had anticipated (and less than I got quoted at a few other places in town) but also did more than what was required and what I was actually paying for. Basically whoever had installed our locks put the in upside down, and he fixed them, even the locks that he wasn't rekeying.
It may not have seemed like a big deal to him but it was a huge deal to me and I am so glad I called keymasters!!!

I had my car door lock stopped working. I was told that having it rekeyed would cost a fortune. When I arrived I was waited on in one minute flat. They cleaned the lock cylinder, cut two new keys using a key-code they found and sold me some common sense lock lubricant/cleaner and my total bill was $30. GREAT service. I trust these guys.

I only needed a key to fit our old doors in our 1925 home, and they were definitely up to the task. Thinking I would have to have a special key made, I was not happy... But these friendly staff helped me find a key that fit my old doors and only cost me $9!

My key fob to my car randomly quit working. I originally took it to a locksmith who in 5 min determined I needed to purchase a new key--$300 total. I called around and Keymasters had decent prices, and the technician on the other end was polite and answered all questions I had. When walking through the door I was created with a smile. They took time to determine what was wrong with my key and attempted everything to save me money. In the end I did need a new key but the pricing was incomparable! Thank you

This is actually a really great place to go of you need a replacement car key. My truck key casing fell apart and Ace Hardware sent me to Key master. O was expecting to have to buy a whole new everything, but the person who waited on me, did not oversell me and they have the most awesome key blanks like I've never seen anywhere else.

Needed some keys made, normal stuff nothing tricky. I could have gone to Wal-mart as I have done in the past but never again. The weather has been really nasty and this place is on my way home. There is a small 5 car parking strip along the side of the building. That's important as they are located on the corner of Leavenworth and traffic can be bad. Off street parking is always a winner. Don't waste your time. Get your keys cut the RIGHT WAY THE FIRST TIME.
