I spoke to both Tony (owner) and Bill (Manager) and they were helpful and professional and answered all my questions and scheduled me right away. That was a great start and then they sent Jamison, the actual locksmith, to my home and he was possibly the nicest and most professional service representative that we have ever had in our home.

Wow, when i called they didn’t even hesitate to gather information and get to are location as soon as possible. It 23 degrees outside the car, but they were done in less than 10-15 minutes. That included opening the car and making us a copy of the key. This key was 60 dollars which would have cost of 200.00 at the dealership. Wonderful!

Quick and affordable needed a key for a jeep Cherokee, cheaper than a couple other places I called and actually had a store front.

Needed to get a house rekeyed on a Sat. Called Sat morning and the guy came out around 4pm that evening. Called before he came. He was Really nice. No issues. Would use again.

We called to have our new house re-keyed.
We were able to schedule work fir the next day. They arrived right on time, and helped fix a issue with the deadbolt as well as getting new keys.

In December of 2020, I lost the fob for my 2016 Dodge Ram. Had it towed back to my apartment and Big Red Locksmith came out fairly quickly, despite the snow falling and accumulating. I thought the price was high, but was comparable to other businesses. The point of my review is, that part of the fob broke off (a piece of rubber) and exposed the circuit board, and I could no longer use this fob. I did have them make 2, so had a back up. I finally found the time to take the fob back in, and even though it has been nearly 7 months, they fixed it with no problem and did not charge me. Thanks guys.

I had locked my keys in my car at the hotel. Friend told me to wait until morning so I would be calmer. Not from the area, I tried a few places that claimed to be 24/7 but did not answer. Big Red answered, was polite, and arrived before they said they would be there. The gentleman was efficient, pleasant, and did not make me feel bad about the incident. I am sorry I did not get his mane. I would highly recommend Big Red if you get locked out in Omaha. Thank you.

Came out and re-keyed our lock lickety split. Offered same day service. Very happy with the quickness and the quality of service.

I was immediately helped and waited while they fixed the problem for a fair price. I will use them again. Also appreciated that both customers and staff wore masks. Sorry that it was a Monday so I could have crossed the street and have gotten something to eat at Sojourner's my favorite Ralston Cafe.

I have called Big Red Locksmiths twice within 72 hours. I know, ridiculous, but it has been a long week! They are FAST, really fast. Both times, they showed up within 15 minutes and unlocked the car within 5. These guys are great!! Affordable, efficient, and dependable! Highly recommend!

I would never do business with this company again. I brought a chip key into them to just get it cut. I told them I could program it myself. They told me it was not possible- I said it was possible because I already had 2 working keys. They said they would cut it for $50. It would cost $50 to have them program it or $50 to get it just cut. I left- and got it cut for $2.00 elsewhere and programmed in in the parking lot. I will never go back there. FYI- I had used them in the past and will never use them again.

My garage spring busted while I was gone, so it wouldn't open when I got home. I didn't have my keys with me. I can't remember the guy's name who came out (last Thursday night Aug 2nd about 9PM), but he was really good and polite and even looked at my door that was messed up. I'd definitely use them again!

Brought my Jeep in because I needed a second key fob programmed for it. They charged $100 less than the dealer and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great work and highly satisfied!

Fast - fair - friendly! $50.00 to retrieve keys from car. Jameson called and gave ETA etc. From time of calling to being back on the road was less than an hour. Good experience!!

I've been to this place 3 total times. First two times, which were two separate visits, they stated they couldn't help me with two different padlocks spare keys which I thought was really weird. Took them to keymasters in Omaha and they had no problem making them. I'm not sure if they didn't know what to do, or didn't have any other brands other than Master for spare keys.

3rd time I went, I had a flip fob key I got from Amazon that is meant for a honda accord. All I needed was for them to make an identical key. Which a typical locksmith should be able to do. I took care
