I had 3 deadbolts installed and while the guy was really nice, he did a terrible job. When we called the manager of the place, instead of fixing the issue he just disregarded it. The front door they carved out a part of the visable door frame so it looks terrible. The back door they cut too big of a hole so they had to cover the mistake with these plates but as you can see they also scratched the door and never fixed it. The garage door was installed in a way that to close the deadbolt you have to have the door partially opened or it won't lock. On top of all of this there was greasy handprints

I called a well-known company in Omaha (something red), and they were rude and quoted an excessive price for an electronic key fob. Right after, I called Tim with GoMetroLock, and he was not only super polite but also super-efficient. He gave me an excellent price, and his response was fast and thoughtful. I highly recommend it.

Talk about awesome...I called them this morning, as we had lost our only key to our minivan. I figured it would be a couple of days before they could get out, but they said same day! The guy showed up like 2 hours later, made and tested our minivan fob, with the side doors and hatch on the fob, super quick. Since they were coming out, I had them make an extra set for my truck as well. I would highly recommend these guys for anything to do with locks or keys. Was it the cheapest, no, but the customer service, quick turnaround, professional attitude and attire of the person onsite, make me want to

I locked my keys in my car after stopping for gas on the way to work. I called and metro lock & safe was literally there within minutes to help me. It took seconds to unlock my vehicle and I was even on time still for work. Getting locked out of my car is a reoccurring event for me and this was the fastest and best company I’ve gone through!
