I've used Treasures twice now and have had great experiences both times. They moved me from a 4 story small row home in to a another row home down the street. They worked very quickly and efficiently, didn't damage anything, and navigated city parking/maneuvering well. They showed up on time and there were no hidden or additional fees. Highly recommend!

We used this moving company for 4-5 moves and had good experiences. Unfortunately, that changed with the last move. Entries into their online system weren't transmitted, they didn't follow up to confirm the list, resulting in truck size too small, only two crew members, and a 7 hour move that should have been 3 hours--and the move wasn't completed. A second move (with another mover) now has to be arranged and paid for because furniture was left at the pick up location. The capper was that it cost over $1k to move a small studio apt. contents--the very same contents they moved into

Dennis, Carlos, Sergei and Ostop. These were the gentlemen who did my move from apartment to townhouse. They were nothing but professional and friendly the entire time. They arrived on time ready to go. Very much aware of anything fragile, and to wrap it accordingly. I was quite impressed (and a bit nervous due to the furniture cost) when Sergei disassembled parts of our matching sofa, loveseat and chair. He then wrapped items securely, and re-assembled each piece to original state in our new home. That service was better than the company from which we bought the furniture set.

I used Treasure moving this fall for my move. It was done absolutely professionally. I have not moved in a while, and unfortunately, my previous experience was not the best, and I was slightly worried about my move. When the team arrived they explained to me how the move would be handled. I was able to breathe out and trust the team. All of my furniture was protected, and I did not have a single scratch on my furniture. Greatest ever. Maximum professionalism. Treasure moving communicates accurately, effectively and timely. The estimate they gave was a little over the actual cost and this was fantastic for budgeting! Their packing service was on point. They wrapped EVERYTHING. Literally nothing was damaged or dropped. We used Treasure Moving Company for a single home move from Silver Spring to Columbia. I've moved a lot -- six times in the last eight years -- these guys were one of the best I've ever used. They also were around half the price of what I was expecting, even with the small fees added on here and there.
Fedor, Irene, and Sergei were on time, professional, and overall just nice people. We had a lot of very fragile items, and there were no issues transporting and delivering them. Would absolutely recommend Treasure to anyone in the area.

This morning on Twinbrook and Rockville pike a young man driving your truck decided to switch lane mid intersection almost running me into on coming traffic. After this he proceeded to slow down for me to catch up to yell at me for honking. This kind of behavior is not appropriate or appreciated. It reflects poorly on your business.

Sutter and his crew unloaded a full trailer of stuff into our new home last month and overall did a fantastic job. They inherited some things that were poorly packed by another moving company back West and pointed those things out to me before they unpacked. Ultimately, aside from the few items that were already damaged from cross-country transit, everything they unloaded and moved into a 4 story townhome was pretty much unscathed. We cannot recommend Treasure Moving Company highly enough! Our team was so friendly, reliable, and efficient. We were moving to a city and they handled a difficult parking situation and move into a multi-story building with ease! They arrived on time, were extremely careful with our furniture and belongings, and were so helpful - even stayed 40 minutes later to attempt to repair an older piece of furniture that had been damaged years prior. We have used Treasure Moving Company for 2 moves and highly recommend them, wouldn't consider using any other company for a move!

The move was a great experience. It's the follow up customer service that is a shame. The guys sent over did a good job. They were timely and efficient. Only issue was that a keypad to a big safe I had moved was broken during the move. The move foreman called the company's office and they had a replacement keypad ordered. This was over 3 months ago. They keypad was backordered. That is understandable. They received it 2 months ago and said they would send someone to repair the keypad. No communication after I tried to set up a date and time.

I have recommended this company to a lot of people over the last few months, so thought I'd add something to yelp. I've moved twice with them, in April 2019 (pre-Covid) and in September 2020 (during covid) and both were very smooth experiences. I find moving extremely stressful and appreciate reliability over saving a few bucks. Great moving company! We used them in March 2021 but I'm just getting around to posting my review. They are so efficient and didn't break a thing. They even moved our Peloton bike and that went great! They wrapped our furniture in blankets and our TVs were wrapped and padded and secured. You can't go wrong with Treasure Moving Company. I would 100% recommend working with Treasure Moving for in town or longer moves. Irene and her team made my move easy and straightforward. Highly recommend Treasure Moving!
On the surface moving seems easy, just put things in a truck and take things out of a truck. But when moving hundreds of miles it gets complicated. The glass cannot be crushed by the heavy furniture on mile 200.
Treasure Moving packed everything properly and everything made it to the other end intact. They arrived on time and delivered the day promised. The movers even wore masks which is not easy to do when moving heavy things up and down stairs.
We greatly appreciate all their help and would recommend Treasure moving to anyone.

Excellent service, from start to finish. Lots of support and information from admin staff in preparation for the move. Charges and add-on items were clearly stated. Movers arrived promptly. My move was all very large, fine crafted, heavy furniture pieces. Great care was made for every piece. All padded and wrapped thoroughly. Movers had no problem handling the items and made sure to keep screws and fasteners connected to disassembled pieces. They listened to my request as to how I wanted it loaded into the storage unit. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

OK, I thought to myself, how could any company have so many five-star reviews? Could this be legit? Should I try them? Well, I was a little concerned because they appeared to be a local mover and I was moving from Silver Spring to Western Massachusetts (six hours away).

Once again we had an amazing move with Treasure Moving Company. Otis, Alex, and Lopez, were amazing. They contacted us with an arrival time and were there within the given time. Practicing COVID precautions throughout the move, they assisted my roommate in moving with ease. As always, they went above and beyond taking care of the items they were moving. We have used Treasure Moving for two moves and are currently scheduling a third. They are as good as it gets and we are satisfied above and beyond expectations. The scheduling process is seamless and they are very responsive. On the day of the move, they called to let us know they were on their way and arrived promptly at our agreed time. We moved from a three floor, three bedroom townhouse in Alexandria, VA to a second floor apartment in Delaware (~130 miles). From the initial request for a quote, the team was incredibly responsive, helped work within my budget, didn't nickel and dime a couple extra boxes, called early the day of the move to give arrival time status. We were beyond impressed - we had a move from our apartment and storage unit in Timonium to our new home in Columbia right as all of the COVID-19 response measures were kicking in. The Treasure Moving team showed up right on time - all four of them donning masks the entire day. They went above and beyond - blanket-wrapped every piece of furniture, loaded everything onto both trucks lightning fast, and got everything into our new home even quicker than anticipated.
There were a few items that really needed to be bubble wrapped, which does cost a bit extra - but they were more than fair on the pricing
