Justin was incredibly efficient, reasonably priced, and an all around great person to work with. We provide local residential or commercial moving services within the greater Philadelphia area as well as out of town moves to/from Philadelphia. Our hourly rate includes 3 polite, professional, and efficient movers. They'll have tools, wrap, and moving pads to disassemble/reassemble/protect items that need it.
We always have answers so if you don't see your question please shoot us a line so we can get you an answer asap. Can you supply boxes for my move? We can do that! Just give us 1-2 days notice and we can get boxes to you, along with blank newspaper to wrap delicate items like dishes, vases, etc. Got questions about delivery of boxes and box prices?

I have no doubt that the actual movers are as good as people claim, but I won't be using this company. I called them after not getting a response from the online estimate form in the time stated. The person I spoke to had the WORST attitude and was so incredibly rude I said no thanks and hung up. They asked me "what part of Philly or area" I was moving to. And I said (at this point not sure if they did long distance moves) that I was actually moving two hours away from Philly, not in Philly. And he said "Yeah THAT is why I said what Philly AREA, like you aren't in NEW YORK or something RIGHT?"

I used Midas Movers 4 yrs ago. They packed everything up. Took beds apart wrapped all my glass tables and my Howard Miller clock and moved everything in one trip. They put everything together again in the new place. They were very professional and the prices was reasonable. I tell everyone about them. I didn't look to leave a review at the time but today I referred another potential customer and thought this was the perfect time to express my gratitude.

I had a great experience with Justin, Kwan, and Max this week. They were patient (I had some last-minute things to pack, in spite of all my best-laid plans), efficient, and tireless. They worked so well together, and had such great music (thanks to Kwan, I now have a new artist to look up, and thanks to Max, I was reminded of a group I used to listen to in France).
At no point were they condescending - this sounds like a baseline requirement, but as a woman moving alone several times, I've encountered a lot of attitude that made me uncomfortable in the past. NOT in this case. These guys were professional

I used Midas for one recent move, and their larger competitor Bellhop for another.
Midas is better than Bellhop.
Bellhop damaged my stuff. Midas didn't.
Midas took extreme care with my stuff. For my monitors and TVs, they packaged them and didn't scratch them. As a customer, I don't know what precautions I have to take to transport my monitors. Midas just showed up and took care of it. Bellhop showed up and scratched my monitors, because they just put them on the truck un-packaged.
Midas's superiority to Bellhop was even more evident when it came to the furniture. Oh, my

Great local moving company. They moved us in April during the height of the pandemic only just now getting around to posting my review. Justin was kind enough to stop by our place in advance to make sure everything would fit on one truck. The moving guys were meticulous and did manage to get everything onto one truck. The move was pretty flawless and the guys were friendly. Reasonable prices and will definitely use again!

I used this company a few months ago and meant to write a review due to how wonderful these guys were. First, the price they charged was absolutely affordable and way lower than any other company was quoting to charge me for my small uncomplicated move. The 3 guys came in, got all my furniture and boxes in 15 minutes, and unloaded everything in my new place in 10 minutes. It really amazed me at how easy they made my move. I referred them to my coworker who also had a great experience.

These guys are AWESOME. Justin and his team have a calm about them that supported me after two days of three hours of sleep to stay with it. They are courteous, professional, STRONG, fast, flexible, knowledgeable, focused, friendly, amazingly in condition(I was envious) and they got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone. Midas Movers was fantastic! I've used them on two occasions - once for a small business-related move for a gala and once for my personal move. The business move was super fast; the team was punctual and efficient!
For my personal move, our three-man team showed up exactly on time, were super friendly and efficient. Our large two bedroom move (from a third floor to a row home) took exactly four hours. They took the utmost care with all of our items - nothing was broken or scratched! Justin was also super communicative throughout both moves and even called me from out of the country to clarify

We moved 2 months ago and I was so blessed to find this company on Yelp. They were so incredibly professional-- punctual, reliable, careful with every single item, and easy to talk to. Justin even came to our place a few days in advance to evaluate what truck to use based on our belongings. Everyone worked quickly and efficiently and we ultimately paid way less than what other companies offered us. This is probably one the best move experiences I've had in my years of moving. Justin and his 2-man team of movers were: On-Time; Efficient and Customer Service Oriented. Lastly, priced competitively well. Based on all we had to move, we probably been charged twice as much. But Justin kept time and charges all throughout the move. So, their were no hidden cost or surprises at the end of the move.
Didn't have any issues with the moving of all of furniture or boxes. Even moved our laundry basket filled with dirty laundry. Put our beds back together even though we broke them down.

First, I sent out email and requested a quote, Justin called me back and gave the most reasonable quote I got among all other Philadelphia moving companies. Since I have never worked with a moving company before, I wanted to make sure, they will know what is expected from them. (I have Always been asking a helping hand from friends)
Justin totally understood my concern, since my apartment was in center City, he offered doing a walkthrough

Justin and the Team at Midas Movers are phenomenal! They communicated frequently, were true to their price and exceeded our expectations. There is no other moving Team I can imagine working with as Midas Movers truly DOES have the golden touch!
