We had a very positive experience buying a used car in 2020, after several months with the car a chain service center told us there was a crack in the engine! Luckily we went back to the wonderful Ossipee team who repaired, what turned out to be very minor issues at no cost, and got us back on the road with an affordable warranty.

This was the easiest car purchase ever. Sonya was excellent to work with. There was no pressure to buy any additional warranty, accessories, etc. We got a great price for the car and excellent service. When one of our key fobs was having an issue, the problem was resolved in less then 12 hours from our request. We will definitely will do business with them in the future!

I've bought 3 vehicles here over the years, and I don't have a single complaint. Plus, I get all our vehicles serviced, repaired, or inspected here. I trusted them enough to send my mother (75 years old) there to get her car looked at/repaired, because they're the most trustworthy repair shop. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience. I bought a car with a verbal price. I came in to pick up the car at the time i said i would. My salesman was not there as promised. I was told that I had to pay more than agreed to, even though I put money down on an agreed price. Had to bring the car in several times for problems. After driving the car for less than 30 days the transmission started making loud noises. They changed the fluid claiming that " the belt in the transmission was dry and changing the transmission fluid would correct this". I trusted them to be truthful to me. Three months later and maybe

Beware-
These guys buy good looking cars and trucks that are mechanically unsound. They try to sell you a warranty that they don't stand behind. You will see some good google and facebook reviews however they are not from true customers. I bought a truck, looked great, put on less than 3 thousand miles and had to get rid of it as the whole undercarriage was rusted. They spray painted underneath to cover it up, needed a new gas tank and the tranny was going.

Well, we decided to move to Portland from Philadelphia. And when we decided to move to Maine, we knew only one thing for certain...
We knew that we needed to buy a Subaru. And we knew that it needed to be a station wagon. One of the things that drew the hubs and I together was our mutual love of station wagons. In fact growing up on opposite sides of the Atlantic, our parents had the same Maroon Volvo 240 wagon.
Anyway, I called OST and spoke in great length and detail to Sonya who walked us through the entire process, found us the perfect car, and got us a great finance rate!
