Every test drive that goes out will be cleaned and sanitized before and after. If a vehicle is purchased, before it goes to it's new home it will be professionally detailed with our steam machines and sanitized. We are constantly monitoring the evolving situation and will continue to make adjustments to ensure our community's safety by following the CDC guidelines.

The Owner was upfront and honest with all aspects of the vehicle and he made right all the concerns I had - even did work to it that he didn't need to. I have never been happier with a used care purchase, or with anyone's customer service. I will go back if I have the need to buy another vehicle. I will also recommend them to others I know are looking for a good used car deal.

Buying a car from Caleb is like buying a car from your favorite cousin. It's immediately clear he is not going to lie to you or tell you something just to sell you a car. He was super honest and transparent about everything we asked, and we felt very comfortable and supported through (and even after) the process of purchasing. I would recommend to anyone!

If you are interested in buying a used vehicle, I recommend shopping elsewhere, unless of course you want a ticking time bomb full of problems along the way. They earned a star because I believe they are nice folks and they do not push you into buying a car, and for good reason. Use a reputable company please and save yourself money, time and the constant headache that goes along with your purchase.

Great quality and selection. Superb after sales service. No hidden fees or added expenses. Quick replies with emails and phone calls. They replaced the battery, A/C compressor and climate control panel after the sale with no cost to me and even paid me back for Uber rides to and from their business.

I can't say enough good about our experience buying from Caleb. It started with his clear implementation of COVID protocols in the office, which allayed any fears about risk in the car buying process. He made himself available when we needed him but otherwise left us alone, which I appreciated. When we decided upon the car to buy he discovered a broken part when he was cleaning it up that he hadn't been aware of, which he took care of on his dime. I wouldn't send my worst enemy.. They have no customer skills. My friend took out a $10,000 loan had the car 2 days started acting up.. She was so afraid to drive it out there to show them so her friend did.. They did nothing. Don't want to say it's because she's a female. She is a very hard worker and doesn't deserve to have a $10,000 loan out on a car that. Is worth $ 50.00.

This place has the absolute best customer service I've ever encountered. I had a mechanical questing regarding a car and he allowed me to take to my mechanic to check it out. Caleb was amazing and so upfront and no pushy sales at all.

Extraordinary customer service from Caleb and Archie. They went out of their way to insure my family was completely satisfied with our BMW. Much better than the big dealers, Maine Motor Sales Is a hidden gem compared to the big box stores. We will be needing a second car soon, and we will definitely buy it from here!
