We hired Fernando and Brothers to move and store our home contents to a storage unit until our new home was completed. Then On move-in day, 3 young men and big truck promptly arrived. 4 hours later everything was moved in and they were done. Never seen 3 guys work so well together and efficiently making sure everything was handled correctly.

Out of all of several moving companies I've used in Charlotte this is the ONLY one who I'd hire again. Everything was great from start to finish.
My move was scheduled for a Saturday, but being there was snow Friday night and the road conditions weren't safe they rescheduled to Sunday which was great because that is usually the day they are closed. The movers would've been on time had there not been a mix-up with my address (They had E Morehead instead of W Morehead), but even with that they were only 10 mins past the scheduled time. We needed to move large appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator) that were gifted to us to our new home on short notice and they were able to accommodate the move for the very next day. Our experience with them was pleasant from the initial contact by phone to arrange the move all the way to the very end with the movers themselves. We greatly appreciated and were very impressed with their professionalism and their attentiveness in making sure both the appliances and our new home were free of damage. We used Fernando and Brothers Moving for a long distance out of state move. Everything from the initial phone call to final delivery was extraordinary!! Fernando and his team are the best in Charlotte. I've hired a few movers over the years but nothing will come close to what you get with them. They make everything simple and easy in terms of pricing so you know what you are going to get with no surprises or overcharge for simple things. On top of that they work extremely efficient. Everything was nicely packed and organized on the truck at speed that still leaves me floored. Not one thing was damaged nor a floor scratched. Do yourself a solid favor and hire them. Oh, and their admin is a riot and will make your day alone.

The Fernando and Brother Moving company is great! They were very attentive to any preferences/requests about furniture. As advertised if they took any furniture apart they put it back together as found. If something was already damaged they made sure to communicate with you. We haven’t been able to find any broken or scratched items from our move. We had one or two wall scuffs that washed right off, but that is to be expected. I would 100% recommend using Fernando & Bros for your next move.

Very pleased with the way they moved some very large and heavy shop equipment and a piano. They got caught up in traffic and texted us that they would have a 20 minute delay and they were 20 minutes late exactly. They assessed the situation and proceeded with an unusually heavy and awkward load. I'm sure both loading and unloading were a challenge but they were successful without any problems. We were very impressed with the cost compared to many other movers we had received quotes from. The great price was a bonus but the reason we decided to go with Fernando & Brothers was there great reviews

We hired Fernando and Brothers to move us about a month ago. I highly recommend using their services. From the quote process to the communication to the actual move, everything was super clear and professional. The builder delayed closing multiple times, and Fernando Brothers Moving was completely understanding and helpful. The last closing delayed gave us only a few days notice at the end of the month. There was nowhere for us to store our furniture, and Fernando Brothers moving wound up renting a couple large trucks in order to be able to store our furniture for us overnight. We have used other moving services before, and this was by far our best experience. Everyone working on the moving crew was so polite and professional. We moved our belongings from storage in Texas to our new home in Charlotte. After experiencing a terrible previous move in Texas we were quite nervous and apprehensive about moving our stuff across the country. Great experience with this company. I used their packing, moving, unpacking, and cleaning services. I also bought some furniture from them. They are very accommodating and affordable. Moving is hectic, and we were all running late at different points so we were all flexible about that. I plan to use them again in the near future since they offer different services than just moving. Definitely felt like a family run business with friends.
