I highly recommend Heart Moving to anyone looking for a stress-free and seamless moving experience. The entire staff was incredibly communicative, responsive and professional. I worked directly with Deana who walked me through the entire moving process and what to expect/how to prepare. The day-of crew was incredible as well. They were efficient and packaged all of our items quickly and without damage. I've also recommended Heart Moving to a few friends and would certainly use them for future moves!

The level of communication and service from Heart Moving was outstanding. From our first inquiry through the move-out and move-in dates, Tiana and Ana stayed in close contact with us, and ensured that we had everything we needed for a successful move. And they responded quickly to all communications - by phone, text, or email.
The job had to be done in two stages, and they kept my daughter's stuff in storage while she hunted for an apartment. They also changed her move date several times, without complaint. And they ensured that they were carefully following the new landlord's rules for moving

Great experience with Heart for my interstate move involving two stops in NYC and a final stop in Massachussetts. Deana is super communicative and easy to be in contact with, the two movers were on top of things, quick, and easy to work with. We did have to pay more than the quote, but I'm sure that's normal in terms of not being able to figure out how much stuff there actually will be when providing all the information initially. The movers went above and beyond for the actual move, though, so it was worth it. Highly recommended, would use Heart Moving again and again!

I moved last week from Brooklyn to Upstate NY and chose Heart Moving because of their great reviews and am are SO glad I did. Tiana and Ana were terrific to work with setting this up for moving day. The day of the move they arrived early and all the movers were extremely nice and professional. It was easy and seamless. I used Heart moving for my move from Brooklyn into the city and they were great! Antonio was our head mover and he and his team arrived on time and were super quick and attentive to all my items! In addition once we got to the new place they got us all unpacked within 1 hour, would definitely recommend and Bojan and his team again.

The movers came early and were extremely professional. They made sure everything was wrapped and secure. They hung up my mirror, and put my bedroom set and sons crib together with ease. All of them went above and beyond and did a phenomenal job. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much for helping us move!!!!!

We've used heart moving before during Covid after initially finding them on Yelp. So a year later they were the first place we thought to use. We still got quotes that were a little cheaper but in the end we feel like you get what you pay for so we went with them. Scheduling was easy and they have their stuff together when it comes to insurance for the new apartment. We also sent them our brother in law's business since they are moving at the same time. I'll update the review if anything changes.

From inquiry to the end of move, Deana was in communication. Her team was great!
My sister and I spoke English, but my mother did not. Deana made sure to send a team of bilingual movers :) . They came prepared and navigated just fine through our narrow hallway. The entrance to the new apt was ridiculously and noticeably smaller, we figured it out.
I would recommend and hire again.

THE BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE.
I needed to move 3 pieces of furniture from my apartment to stage another. Heart moving was fast to respond, on-time, professional, and priced well! I've lived in New York for 8 years and they are the best company I have found.
They wrapped the furniture, took it from West Village to Harlem and set it up in 3-4 hours. The movers were very nice and Deana at the office was so attentive and responsive.
I will absolutely use them again!
