Called them for a patch up on a small leaky pipe, but they looked at it for 5 minutes and then tried to tell me that the entire thing needed to be replaced and tried to charge me $2000+ for it? They walked away with $89 for a service fee and nothing was done. Very unprofessional and also to note these kids looked like high schoolers so I don’t think they’re even experienced for the job. Definitely would not recommend.

John was very professional and efficient in taking care of our clogged drain pipe/pipe leaks, making the necessary repairs and keeping me posted at all times since I was offsite. He was the third plumbing company that came to inspect the problem and was able to take care of everything himself where the other 2 were not able to. Thank you John for a great experience.

Bailey Plumbing repaired a leak in my main water line to my house. They were at all times efficient and professional. They gave me a bid for the work promptly and scheduled the work quickly. They were always on time for the work and kept me updated as to the progress on the job.
In their repair work, they minimized as much as possible the loss of any plants. At the end, they not only filled in the trenches, but also replaced a drip irrigation line that had been severed and hooked up connectors to all the plants. They even gave me some extra irrigation hose and connectors in case I needed to add

The owner is so kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable! The repairman Isaiah was thoughtful, a great communicator and did the repair quick and efficiently!!! He’s awesome and trustworthy too!
The repair was a caused by another company allowing air to get into my water heater. No hot water for days!! Nothing like a hot shower after working a 12 hour shift as a nurse!! So grateful!’

John and his crew from Bailey Plumbing did a great job repairing several different plumbing issues over 3 days. One included cutting a hole in my wall to replace a shower valve. They arranged for a drywall contractor to come and repair the hole and even repaired another hole from a different plumber. John was courteous, called me with updates in his arrival and let me know what was going on throughout the project. Everyone wore masks and shoe booties when they were in my house. John cleaned up and sanitized thoroughly after the job was finished. I took off one star because John was out sick the

I can’t speak about their rates since since my HOA was involved, but Bailey Plumbing did a wonderful job with our condo unit’s emergency water heater repair. Like many plumbing jobs, one issue led to several others being spotted, but their crew handled the job quickly and professionally despite having to work during the holidays. John made sure everything was taken care of, and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone was happy with the final repair.
