Initially fearing that I was going to need a new AC unit, my technician, Mark, had the AC up and running in less than an hour. I have split zone HVAC system and one of two units was almost 20 years old. It finally bit the dust at the beginning of the Summer. Since it was an older system not only was the coolant obsolete, it would cost more to repair over time than it would be to replace.
Acute first sent out a tech, Thomas Edwards, who was not only nice enough to let me down easy with the bad news, he even waved the consolation fee once he realized there was nothing they could do.
I scheduled a replacement through Heather and set up financing through a partner company. They are currently offering no interests on payments

Acute Heating & Cooling is the company you need to contact for your cooling and heating needs. I contact company after hours. I left a message that a return call would happen the following day. Within an hour, my call was return. I wonderful lady listened to me, understood the need (HOT), and I that I had no AIR. A time was set and the Tech was there at the time, at the beginning of the window time. IMPRESSED!. I was again heard, problem assessed and treated. My wife and I AC system went out, so we did a lot of research in reference of having a new HVAC unit installed. Very nervous about this based on the cost and the system needed. Wanted to make sure that is was going to be professionally done right. We came across Acute Heating & Cooling and is so very satisfied of the work that was done.
