I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They came through for me after being turned down by 2 taxi companies to unlock my car. They arrived fast, and unlocked my car within like 2 minutes! HUGE thank you to Donta, who was very professional and kind. Prices are also fair. Call them if you are ever in a jam like I was!

I HIGHLY recommend this company!
First of all, someone answers the phone when you call. This in itself was great! Alyssa set up the arrival time for the appointment.
The gentleman arrived right on time. He were extremely professional, polite, and had a very positive attitude about their work and repairing the lock on our front door. It broke after years of wear and we could not get out of, or in to, our home.
They were respectful of cost and recommended an alternative to repairing the part rather than the cost of replacing.

I accidentally locked myself and my daughter out of our house and didn't have another key available to get back in. So I called 4 Got Keys after a couple of other locksmiths I tried were unavailable. They sent Tim out. He said he could get to us in about a half hour and he was right on time. He got right to work and after a little while was able to get us back in. I am so thankful that he was immediately available and was able to get the job done. Thanks Tim and 4 Got Keys!!

Really frustrating to deal with and incompetent! I initially submitted my request via their website, which was ignored. I called them up, got an answer and an estimate. Per THEIR request, I sent a text message with the info on the vehicles. So, THREE TIMES I gave them the year, makes, and models of vehicles I needed keys for. Yet they still showed up for the appointment with the wrong fobs. A few minutes after he left, I called him and asked him to return and do at least the one vehicle for which he had fobs. He said he would return ‘soon’ but never showed up. My follow up text was ignored

When your only key fob goes for a swim in the ocean, and you have a push button start… call these guys!! He took a late night call, had my exact key fob in stock, came out programmed it and had me on my merry way in 10 minutes. Super nice, and professional, explained each step of the process and tried his best to help me feel better about loosing my key fob in the ocean. 10/10 recommend!!

When I lost my car key these guys saved the day. I called around 7pm on a Sunday night when everyone else was closed. Alex arrived within 30min and made me a new key in 15 minutes! The next day my key got stuck in the ignition and Alex came right over to help diagnose the problem free of charge. Turns out my water bottle was not enabling my gearshift to fully be in park. Ooops. I felt stupid but he was very polite, professional and helpful on both service calls.

Amazing service. I had an issue with a couple locks that were changed in June. Donta did an amazing job. He came right over, was very profession and fix the issue quickly. I would definitely call them again and highly recommend their service!!

Called 4 Got Keys in the morning and I was able to get an appointment the same day!!
Alex was punctual, professional, and had the new key for my vehicle in 15 MINUTES!! I hope I don't have to use 4 Got Keys again. I put the phone number in my contacts just in case. Highly recommend for any lock or key issue you might experience.

Called them for an emergency situation after other locksmiths were closed. Instead of taking a message, they kept telling me to call back in 20 minutes. I eventually got a reservation for the next morning. When the tech was 20 minutes late, I called to find out where he was. At 40 minutes late, he called me back to say I didn't have an appointment and nothing was available until the following day. He was also rude and abrasive. I called one of his competitors at A-1, who was there within the hour.

I recently moved to Leland, NC and one of my first orders of business was changing the locks at my home. I was referred to 4 Got Keys and told that he does an excellent job. Alex was extremely accommodating and fit me into his schedule. He completed all the work quickly, neatly and efficiently at a very reasonable price. His service was impeccable. Over the last few years, I have entered minimal yelp comments, as it takes a lot to warrant writing up a review, but again, Alex was worth the effort. I would highly recommend Alex of 4 Got Keys should you need an excellent and reputable locksmith

When I called 4Got Keys and explained that my electronic keypad's door handle was jammed up and unable to lock, Alex said he knew just what was wrong. He sounded very confident.
But he spent an hour-and-a-half messing with it, trying to figure it out.
These electronic keyless entry doorknobs are only $96, and I should have just purchased a new one. Alex had quoted me $60 an hour, and he didn't say anything about extra costs, so I thought it would be best to just have it fixed. Alex should have advised me that electronics
