Came on time, rekeyed all the locks in the house and sprayed them with wd40 to keep them in good condition, personable tech, no issues. And checked off my to-do list! Arrived and realized that the shop did not have anyone there, but called to set up a time to meet. Eric the owner was super nice and met me in the shop within the hour, I assume he hurried to finish another job just to meet me.
