Have to give Scott a huge shout out. I got myself into a real pickle by locking my keys and wallet and other belongings in the trunk of my rare car. Long story short, after calling multiple locksmiths, Scott was the only one willing to try. Even though he couldn't get it open, after he left he did some research on his own time on a way to bypass the lock trough a dashboard switch and called to tell me about it. That solution is what ended up working for me. Without his help I would have had to tow my car back to the house and destroy the lock, or take some other drastic measure. It isn't often

So even if the Chevy computer and insurance paperwork people keep him from making a key (which we had NO COPIES OF...) I would recommend this company anytime 😊

Scott showed up after I topped off a hard week by locking myself out of the house one night. He was professional, fast, very reasonably priced, and kind. I’d been meaning to have the locks rekeyed and he went ahead and did that while he was there to let me in. This business really saved my sanity and my pocketbook. Would definitely recommend.

Scott was great to work with, responding quickly to voicemails and text messages. He added us to his busy schedule and was addressing the lock within several hours! Our beach house deadbolt messed up and he was able to get our renters into the storage room, made extra keys from the truck and even gave our renters extra batteries for the TV remotes!

I just wanted to give a shout out to an amazing local business, Island Lock & Key. We have a disabled friend that locked himself out of his home tonight and was in need of some emergency help. We called 10+ locksmiths who all either didn't answer or couldn't help. We eventually called Scott from Island Lock and Key and he came right out to help our friend and did it free of charge because he was compassionate toward the situation. We were fully expecting to pay but this act of generosity touched our friend and our family so much. I'd love to send some extra business to Island
