I was impressed with the quality of the workmanship and attention to details of my house. The finishes were very well done and the construction of the house is overdone, which is a very good thing. I have yet to find areas that were not durable or astatically pleasing. The final walk-through before closing proved to be very valuable too, to ensure the noticeable blemishes in paint or drywall are fixed before you move in.

I purchased my new townhome built by Prairie Homes in 2014 and could not be been happier with my decision of doing so! I still love my townhome, the floorplan is awesome and Prairie Homes warranty service is top notch. The whole team of people at Prairie Homes are very professional, knowledgeable and are focused on the clients needs. They are great people and I would HIGHLY recommend one of their townhomes or any of their beautiful custom built homes!

Prairie Home Builders allowed us to take a house plan that they had but make changes and modifications enabling us to build the type of home that we desired. Dustin listened to what we were looking for in a floor plan and adjusted the plan while also offering suggestions for us to consider. Rob and Rick were always available to answer any questions we had. Tammy was very friendly and could direct us to whom we needed to visit with about any questions.

We built with Prairie Home Builders 1 year ago and it was a great experience, they were always on top of everything as the build progressed. When it was time for the 11 month inspection Andrew was awesome to work with, he found and fixed a few small things that we didn't even see. It was a great experience overall. Great people to work with.

Prairie Home Builders is by far THE BEST home building company. My husband and I toured many different homes and met with many other builders before deciding on Prairie. We really looked for a company that was dedicated and showed QUALITY craftsmanship, no other builder's work could compare to Rob's work. He was so understanding and easy to work with too. Even after our build Rob was easy to get ahold of if we had an additional questions! Throughout this process Rob wasn't just our home builder but him and his staff became our friends/family. Rob and his staff did a great job building our house. We decided to use their agent Linda. She was great to work with. We never felt pressured to buy any upgrades and was always given the best information about options when we asked about them. I would absolutely recommend this company if you ever want a house built.

My husband and I built a home with Prairie Home Builders of Lincoln. It was exactly as we thought it would be and more! Great staff to work with, accommodating, helpful, and friendly. They give you a year and then come out and take care of things you may have noticed need touch-up. You receive a large 3 ring binder with all instructions and care for everything in your home -a big plus! They are right there after the year to go through everything with you. A great Company that builds quality homes! We highly recommend them!

Great people and great business. They were helpful through every step of the process and made the home buying process easy. They gave us various options in building our home. Very few, but normal, malfunctions occur with superficial equipment on new homes. Thankfully, they and their subcontractors are quick to respond and fix any issues that have happened. Again, go with this company. You will be very satisfied.

Horrible company! Very rude! Had numerous problems with them. They hired quality fence (horrible fence company) for my fence in the back yard. We had problems with quality fence from day one. Prairie homes would not let me choose a different fence company bc they had already signed with quality fence. Three years later and my fence still blows down in the wind. I will definitely choose a different company next time I decide to build.
