Floor plan and location are selected. We'll develop and agree on a contract then begin drafting, blueprints, and initial selections. Once blueprints are approved, we apply for permits to begin construction.

The entire Murray team was extremely helpful during the process of building our new home. Matt enabled us to plan the exact home we were hoping for and provided much appreciated honesty and transparency. Throughout the build our project manager, Andrew, consistently kept us up to date and did everything possible to make things run smoothly. Andrew also went above and beyond when we wanted to make last minute adjustments while also offering up great advice. Despite numerous challenges due to COVID, they were able to still deliver a fantastic product as promised. I would recommend them to anyone

When we first looked at builders I really didn't know who was who. I emailed and called seven or eight just to cast a wide net. Murray was the only one to respond and so we wanted to see what it was all about. I was blown away to be honest. They made us feel important from the first second. Paul and Matt took the time explain things as it's not everyday we build a house. They were very responsive to my many emails, made our vision come to life. There aren't really words to express how much I appreciate that. We have worked a long time to get to this point and want to enjoy this process and enjoy

After interviewing several contractors, we chose Murray Custom Homes based off their previous work, recommendations and flexibility. We sat down with the design team several times until we had the right plan. The pricing for the build and additional costs were fair, especially in this market. Our home was completed in good time (7 months) and everything met our expectations. Communication during the build was poor at times, but that is in an experience we have had with all contractors. The quality of different aspects of the build were beyond our expectations and the project manager had great suggestions

My wife and I moved to Lincoln one year ago. As I was starting a new job we needed a home that was well designed and ready to move into and had all the things we love such as gourmet kitchen, beautiful bath with a large tub and outdoor deck with a view. We looked at many houses before choosing Murray Custom Homes. It has everything we love and more being fully wired for music, alarm and the appointments for lighting finishes are top notch. We love Lincoln and our new Murray home.

We had no experience with the building process, but they were helpful and informative every step of the way. Our project manager, Tommy Winn, was second to none and was always willing to answer questions anytime! It was a low stress process with great people, who also built AMAZING homes! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Murray Custom Homes! Matt made sure the home was customized exactly to meet our needs and our budget. So many people talk about home building as a horrible experience. We did not experience anything like that. Matt and his team are super responsive and are all around good people to work with. We had the best experience with Murray Custom Homes! Matt was very accommodating and always open to working with our needs. Our project manager, Kevin, was awesome as well. There were several times we texted him on a weekend and he responded to us within a few minutes. He was always keeping us informed on what was happening with construction and was so easy to communicate with. Our home turned out beautiful! I cannot say enough good things about this company!
