Outstanding service by a true and kind Professional. Needed a lock re-keyed at our home. Called Mario the owner and he quoted a fair price. He arrived promptly, re-keyed the lock and provided extra keys. From the call to completion took only 1hr. He also went out of his way to relieve some of the pressure stripping so the door would not bind. We will most definitely use Mario in the future for any locksmith issues and will refer him to others with confidence. Thank you Mario for an excellent job!

Had a front door knob that suddenly stopped working on me. Gave these folks a call and made an appointment for 9 am. Right on the button, came out at 9am, took a look at my door, quickly diagnosed the issue (broken part inside the knob), and fixed within 15 min! Wish all my repair issues got taken care of that quickly! Definitely would recommend and will use again should I have issues in the future!

Mario is amazing!!! He came out on a Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m to help me!!! He was so nice and changed a handle in my house and put a lock on it. He was so nice and kind. I am so grateful for his help. First, I reached out to him on a Saturday night and he was out but said he would be there on Sunday morning early. It took him about 30 minutes plus he brought a brand new handle that matched the others in my house. What a great service!! I have never had such great service. Asked Mario for his business card while he was changing the lock on an individual mailbox at the neiighborhood mailboxes. He was extremely rude when I asked him for his business card. He said I didn't know what he was doing. He had a box opened and was changing lock. He was in an unmarked white van and I know the people that deliver from USPS and because of the clothing and unmarked van, didn't think he was a city employee. I asked again for his business card. Wow, Mario is a life saver! My husband and I went to satisfy my pregnancy ice cream craving, and when we came home, our Schlage lock malfunctioned. This company was my first call, but I was hesitant about the $125 fee, so we called about a dozen others. I locked myself out of my house as I was going to my son's soccer game and I didn't grab my car keys! They answered the phone quickly and were able to be at my house in 20 minutes. I used Yelp to engage this business. I was in a panic. My front door lock was "frozen" on "locked" so door would not close. Period. I used Yelp!!! This gentleman (Mario Melendez) trusted I needed help and gave me a 40 minute window. He was here in less time than estimated and quickly and professionally introduced himself, assessed the situation, a few very knowledgeable twists and turns, some spray and a new lock was installed. Mario showed up on time, did a great job, replaced five cylinders on two doors.
Mario was very nice, professional, polite, and answered all of my questions.
I highly recommend Mario to anyone that needs a locksmith.
He charges $65 service call and then depending on what you need there are various fees to swap out door locks and rekey, etc. He also offers free keys with the rekeying service.
