First of I want to start by saying don't buy Volkswagen there will be constant issues with springs and signal lights. I've had my car almost 4 yrs and this is the second passat I've bought due to the other one have issues as well. Today I went in to have mu car diagnosed due to multiple signal lights. I was concerned with the safety of drinking the vehicle. After waiting forever I went to check with my service guy Shawn I was told the issue was a sensor in my wheel. He told me the price. I then asked him how long it would take due to me having to be at work because I would need to schedule to come

The service was first class all of the way. The staff was friendly and polite upon our arrival and they pointed out issues with our vehicle that we never knew existed and corrected all that could be corrected on the same day. The staff explained everything in so much detail until my wife and kids understood everything. I hate that I couldn’t remember the rep’s name who helped us but he needs to be rewarded and promoted. Excellent customer service!!!

Sean, provided excellent customer service. His knowledge and keen awareness pertaining to my vehicle issue put me at ease with the dealership maintenance procedures. Despite my vehicle issue falling outside the recall requirements, he presented alternate solutions to get the maintenance done. I really appreciate his honesty.
