I am going on 3 months with no title does the car I bought. They don’t have the title. I am trying to be patient but I need a tag. They keep sending me a temp tag but come on people. Eastern Shore Toyota is handling the paperwork but this is ridiculous. Ask if they have the title to sell the car before you buy a car. Great car and I hate to take it back but we might have to figure something out. Paying the bank for a car they don’t own.

Mike Gray was amazing , after several attempts of trading in my Tahoe for a sedan and being haggled and plain out disrespected by the offers given for my Tahoe.. Joe W was my salesman, he was friendly on the test drive, ensured me that I was in charge of the deal and kept checking on my during my short wait for the finance department to get paperwork done.
I lucked up and got a slightly used Corolla at a discounted price over a new car sticker price as well as a little extra over KBB for my trade in.
When it is time to upgrade I will return if I still live in the area and in the market for my third in a row Toyota.

My husband bought a truck from here and had no problem what so ever! I go a couple of weeks later to get a car, they send me home in one and two weeks later I have to switch vehicles AND pay and extra $1000 because they “couldn’t get me financed” Now I’ve had my Toyota for a MONTH and my salesperson Clayton txts me on a daily basis wanting POR.… I’ve sent every single piece of mail I have gotten and they won’t take any of it. Joey Davis lied saying he would send paperwork for me to have a second key . I called to confirm and he never did . I requested to be called back by a manager and I was repeatedly ignored . They make promises to you and don’t honor them because they don’t put on the “we owe” paper . I wouldn’t recommend him . He still haven’t attempted to contact… me even after a week of me calling .
