Two stars because the buying process was enjoyable and quick. However 2 stars also because I have had numerous issues with the car since I have purchased it a week ago. Headlights have a short in the switch and randomly shut off the Bluetooth doesn't work went to roll down the drivers window and the switch broke and has to be replaced the car sat for a weekend in the rain and it is wet on the floor boards and appears upon closer look to be a hidden problem from the dealer or the previous seller the plastic trim piece on the floor board came off driving down the highway and I was able to repair

I had been searching for a decent pick up truck within my budget and found it at Eastern Shore Auto Brokers. The price was fair. The owner Chase was easy to reach, talk with and get information from. The truck needed a few cosmetic fixes and Chase ordered and paid for the fixes from his profit instead of haggling with me. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Recently saw a car we were interested in and emailed Chase for details. He responded promptly with answers which led to a phone call and a drive to his dealership that afternoon (we live out of state). He met with us, answered more questions, we did a test drive and purchased the vehicle. This happened within an 8 hour span. Chase never pressured us and he was a pleasure to work with. This was the kind of car buying experience you want to have. We would recommend Eastern Shore Auto Brokers to anyone looking for a good vehicle for a fair price. We searched all over for a specific car for my husband and found it at Eastern Shore Auto Brokers. Drove across the bay to see car after talking with owner for a couple of days. Car was in great shape and price was great. Best deal for this car we found after searching and Chase was great to work with. Upfront and honest!
