We were totally ripped off by this dealer. Go elsewhere. They are so dishonest. I wish there was help for customers who they have stolen from. Unfortunately they know how to steal and make it legal. They use a iPad to do signing and don't give you a full copy until after it's signed. The sales person (Phil) told us so many lies. The lady doing paperwork knows how to hid the numbers and say the right things to decoy the true cost . The manager backs it up . A true crime ring . They got us but never again . I hope I save at least one person from getting took. There are lots of honest car

I had the worst experience of my life with this dealership. And still dealing with it now. 1. I traded a perfect 2016 Toyota Corolla with a $5000 down payment for a RHD 2013 wrangler lemon. 2. I was taken advantage of and led to believe there were no issues with the Jeep previous to my financing.
This dealership should not get any business from anyone not buying a vehicle brand new and never touched by the team at Team Gunther. I would not even trust them to trade me a vehicle off of their lot to replace the first vehicle they gave me. As a veteran, I sort of expected some sort of reliance

As I was vacationing my Telluride would not start. I called this dealership two times to get help and could only leave a message. No response. I jump started the car and drove an hour to get there. I was told they are appointment only. I could not get anyone to make an appointment. I left the car there and had to get rental. I left 4 messages for service and 2 messages for service manager to find out the status of my car. I emailed and text message. No response. Only got a response via text when I reached out on Instagram. It was the closest Kia to me but never again.

They don't answer the phone. They don't greet customers and will walk past you like you don't exist until you flag them down... They have previously kept my car for multiple days but wouldn't let me pick it up when they hadn't even started to repair it yet... I currently have a recall on my VW car... possible exploding airbag that "could result in serious injury or death" so, they put me on a waitlist and told me nowhere else in the area can fix it. Just taking the risk for now I guess :-)

Worst service department I have ever dealt with. They had my car for 53 days and still did not fix my sunroof. Owner sent me a text message and told me to pick up my car and take it to another dealership. 53 days and they still couldn't fix my sunroof. The ceiling and headliner of my car are filthy from greasy hands and the sunroof will not close all the way. Drive to Mobile or Pensacola if you want a Kia. I will never buy another one. Kia Corp was no help in resolving this issue with Team Gunther. Kia Corp also told me to go to another dealership. Time to trade!

Let's start off on the right foot. Went last monday to check out a 2012 vw toureg tdi certified preowned with 26000 miles. Drove the hour there....car wasnt on the lot. So let's check out this other one for size and space. Cody the sales rep comes over and begins the process. Tells me he has no idea where the car is. Key not there but it's not checked out. Does he go try to locate it? Nope finally he gets the sales manager Jim. Jim tells us it's out hes trying to get it back and after an hour says it will be here friday. Ok cool set an appt for today

I recently took my 2016 Kia Optima LX here to get a few recalls taken care of. I've had this car for three years, always get an oil change/tires rotated every 5,000 miles (not at Gunther Kia), and just replaced the tires and the battery. Never once have I had a problem with this car in any regard prior to taking it here. The day of the appointment, I dropped my car off 30 minutes early, and the woman that was helping me gave me grief about dropping it off early and was extremely rude. We are a military family living in Pensacola and we purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan from here, our salesman was Ronnie and he was absolutely amazing! I'm shocked at some of these reviews. We were very informed with what we wanted and wanted to spend. Everyone here was so nice and genuine and wonderful to us. These reviews are nothing like the experience we had. We arrived on site to look for a new/used car for our family. We got out of our car and walked around the lot while looking at some of the cars for sale. Two of the cars were unlocked so we checked it out. We took our time and looked over both vehicles. We browsed some more.
We went inside the building and didn't see anyone. We sat in the lobby chairs for a bit. My husband walked around the lobby area.
Then we left.
We were never greeted by anyone.

I purchased a used 2016 Mazda Miata from Team Gunther on January 24. The shopping experience was great-- I used USAA's car buying service. Shawn Pomeroy, my sales rep, was courteous, responsive, and helpful. The dealership is clean and well-kept, and the sale paperwork was completed quickly by Ms. Ashley Gunther. Our initial experience was quite good.

This dealership treated my mother horribly! They were kind and gracious until they got her money. Then they treated her like a nuisance and a non-person. She lost better than 10k because if their crooked ways. I have ZERO respect for these people. And they put more miles on the car she bought than she did before it burst into flames.

Wish I had read these first! I took my car in for estimates on damage from someone backing into me and when I picked my car up there was a huge scrape on a different part of the car that was so fresh the paint where it had peeled up was still there. Wish I could post a picture of it here. They refuse to take responsability and were rude from the get go even before reviewing security tape. Of course they saw nothing!! Awful business!!! This was my experience with Team Gunther!!!

What does it say about an organization such as this dealership. That calls you up to do business and you drive miles out of your way to meet them and they act like they are scared to talk you about setting up an account, because they haven't cleared it with the GM.

If you need a vehicle you must go here! The staff is amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly and they do everythingthey can to make sure that you have an excellent car buying experience. Oh...and they are not pushy!!!! A lot of the dealerships you visit have pushy obnoxious salesman. You won't find this here. Here you will find clean quality vehicles and a very friendly/knowledgeable staff. Donnie was my salesman. He has gained a customer for life. Thanks Donnie and thanks Team Gunther!
