I appreciated the fact that the salesman didn't use pressure sales tactics. This is the main reason I went back after looking at other dealerships to buy at Terry Thompson. He was very helpful and accommodating with sales information and explaining the features of the car. He was very helpful with setting up OnStar and other features on the vehicle. There are several things that come to mind.
Like when they run your credit report and don't give all of them to you at once, then they say that can't use the 0% for 72 months, saying have to have a credit score of 780 to qualify. I tried to put my wife on the vehicle with me and they said since she was not on the auto loan she cannot be on the paperwork of the vehicle. There are other things too but overall I would rather go to another Chevrolet dealership that is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal for you.
