I had hired Evergreen a couple of years ago to clean a white living room rug on site and to take our porch cushions and have them professionally cleaned. Two years later, post-pandemic, our aging dog got sick all over our white living room rug. Not once but twice. We called Evergreen and they came to take our rug away to clean it. Ironically, we had just ordered a brand new rug for our living room and were waiting for it to be delivered, knowing that the white rug was probably no longer a great idea but we would clean it and put it elsewhere in the house. Great company. Reasonably priced. Good work! Had used them twice and both times were very happy with the results. We have a gray microfiber sectional with a 100lbs dog who claimed it. Naturally it changed colors to brown and had a stench on it! This company was able to clean it and revive its color. Very happy. Will use again!

In an effort to patronize local businesses, we used this place for the first time recently and were pleased with the results. Just a few quirks to keep in mind: 1) the place is hard to find and doesn't have good signage, 2) call ahead first since it's possible to arrive there during the business day and find the place closed, and 3) bring cash or check only for payment.

Evergreen Clean is a fabulous company!!! They are such professionals from the initial phone call to the moment they walk through the front door. The owner, Tom was very thorough in explaining what was necessary and gave a very fair price quote and his assistant was a true gentleman. They did 2 rooms and 2 small area rugs for us and although my job was a little more involved than expected, the price never changed. In addition, they picked up my very old 12 x 15 Persian area rug and brought it to their warehouse to clean. It was delivered to us on time and I was truly amazed at how beautiful

Tom and his guys are great. They are neat, careful, considerate and absolutely professional in their work ethic. Tom explained what we might anticipate relative to the dirt on our carpets, and how the carpets would respond to the cleaning technique. He nailed it and we are very pleased with the end result. We recently had water damage to our home which requires remediation work. Out of all the vendors who passed through my home, Tom stands out as the best. He cleaned my window treatments and both repaired and cleaned an expensive wool runner. Both jobs were done impeccably with fair pricing. He is professional. friendly, caring, hard working, and most of all, takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction. I would never use anyone else!!

Guys just left, and I can't believe the difference that the cleaning made; they cleaned my couch, a club chair and wool carpet on my stairs (which was 15 years old, BTW). Whatever they use smells very gentle and fresh and the results are great. The service team was very professional and polite. Clearly, a well run organization.
