I can't say enough about how helpful Chris Hayes was My Ford 150 had an issue with the engine light. I told Chris that if it was not ready by Friday I needed a loner pick up to tow our food trailer to a cancer walk in Syracuse He said he didn't have anything. When we determined that a part was needed he made a loner work so we could still be available for the cancer fund raiser. I have always used Chris and he always delivers quality service. Thank Chris. Where to start?! The service and atmosphere was great. Dan who helped us find the perfect car was amazing. He answered all my questions and was always following up. I took my vehicle for a simple oil change with 15,000 miles and they tried to up sell me for everything under the sun. I went to pick it up and the service guy hadn't done the paperwork yet because he went to lunch. This was 2 hours after I said no to the up selling. Won't be back!

Samantha F wrote a reply to my last update telling me to contact Dave Corr. He was the one I talked to who said they wouldn't correct the problem and fix there wiring harness. Basically "sorry sucker... Caveat emptor!"

Absolutely disgusted with my experience at Romano Ford. Three years ago spoke with a dealer named Peter Hourigan. At the time they were running a special on 2014 Ford Escapes. I live south of Pulaski and work in Jamesville. We discussed a 20k lease at the time. After some negotiation we agreed on 285$ as a monthly payment with several thousand down. This was significantly more expensive then the special that was being advertised but I understood that a 20k lease increased the payment. When I returned to sign the paper work, my dealer was no wear to be found. The paper at the time showed a different

I had a fabulous experience yesterday at Romano Ford, thanks to the Business Manager, Erik Konick. I needed to transfer a warranty for a car that I had sold and Erik went out of his way to help us and to get everything taken care of in about five minutes. He was courteous and helpful and we all left there with smiles on our faces. I was super impressed with the five-star customer service!

My elderly parents bought a Ford Escape here. After less than a year, their AC stopped working. They took it into the service shop on 4 occasions, and charged my dad for work. After 4 visits, my dad said it's officially a lemon, but they refused to handle it as such. They ended up talking my dad into buying a more expensive version of the same car to replace the junk they sold him. These guys are scam artists that take advantage of the elderly. I recently moved back to Syracuse and will never be being a vehicle from these unethical criminals. I recommend you don't even consider them.

Came in at 4:30 to buy or lease a new Explorer and walked around the parking lot for 30 minutes and a salesman walked by with just a "sup".

When I went in and asked to talk about an explorer, the salesman (older dude with a bald head) who was reclining in an office chair rolled his eyes, looked at his watch and said "we close in 5 minutes, so....".

From there I was done. He followed me out the door, but there is no way I'm doing business with someone who can't be bothered.

It was a quick interaction, but enough where I won't go back. The other guys may be

I had a great experience working with Dan at Romano. He was extremely helpful in explaining to me and my family the benefits of leasing a new car. I never felt pressured by Dan, and left feeling very informed to make a decision. I came back the next day and made the decision to lease a 2016 VW Passat. I love it! I would suggest asking for Dan if you stop into Romano Ford/VW he really made the experience very easy and stress free!

I bought a new VW GTI 2016 from Romano VW/Ford. Sean Spencer was my Sales Consultant, but I also dealt with Mike Fisher on a few occasions. This is the first time I ever bought a car in the US and as you can imagine, there was a lot to learn and the process was long and elaborate. I really wanted to like this place as the other VW dealership in Driver's Village has a terrible rep. Sean started pretty nicely, but on the day we struck the deal, I had a lot of questions and was anxious to know a few more details before signing on a zillion papers. We have been using the Romano VW repair shop for out jetta for a few years. Although they have alway been efficient with getting our car in, their actual service is sub par. They are the only shop who had ever changes our tires and today when I got my first flat the "key" to remove the nut was not in the bag in my trunk that came with the car. I was stranded with my infant for 2 hours because even AAA could not change my tire. My husband called the shop to see if there was any possibility that their employee who worked on out car could have taken it out and not put it back. He denied

This review is for romano vw service. Its in the same location as romano ford.
They took apart my engine to diagnose the problem. They DID NOT make sure the gaskets and seal were okay to drive afterwards. After I paid for the service and brought home my car, only to find a PUDDLE OF OIL in my driveway. Brought it back. They installed new gaskets which I fairly paid but CHARGED me a second set of labor cost!!! when it was their fault for NEGLIGENCE while sealing the engine in the first place. I bought my Volkswagen jetta from here a little over a year ago, I had been driving a honda for the past few years, it was very banged up and was no going to pass inspection and had my mind made up that I wanted to try a VW and that I also wanted it to be Standard.
