They treated me with respect and were very personable. As a woman, I'm not always treated with respect and sometimes attention is diverted to my husband. No one at the dealership automatically deferred to him and all treated me as I had hoped to be treated. Though the process took awhile due to high customer volume, Daniel kept us comfortable and was very hospitable while we waited.

First of all let me begin by saying that this was my first car purchase/lease. After a bad experience at another dealership (Not a Romano dealership) I gave up looking for a lease deal during this crazy time with the car shortage we are experiencing right now. However the opportunity came along for me to call Romano Mazda and speak to a gentleman named Mike Salcido, Mike was GREAT to work with answered ALL my questions (no matter how ridiculous I might add), worked out a deal for me on a vehicle that had everything I wanted and MORE at the payment I WANTED**. My sales associate, Nima, was phenomenal. He came recommended by a dear friend, and he lived up to the hype. He was no-nonsense, direct, and personable. He was willing to work with me to crunch numbers and to find the car I was looking for. I felt respected, valued, and like I was important. Horrible, and dishonest customer service, Called ahead and spoke with Mike about a lease price and he quoted me mid 200's/month with $0 down and excellent credit. I ensured him that it absolutely has to be less than $300/month and he stated yes it will definitely be less than $300. I left the current dealership I was at drove all the way across town wasted my gas and time only to be told it's $335/month even though he ensured me it would be "absolutely less than $300". Terrible and would not recommend them to anyone. Go to Drivers Village where you can get the same deals without

On Monday, April 22, 2019, I had to bring my newer model vehicle into this shop for a minor recall [ vehicle computer update]. This was my first experience with this company having purchased this vehicle out of state approx. 2 years ago. I called ahead and had an appointment. I was greeted by Service Manager Nick Skinnard who could not have been more accommodating & professional. I have visited this repair facility several times in the past with nothing bad to say. Always prompt and repairs completed as promised. This last visit my wife brought in her 2016 Mazda CX 5 for a safety recall. I typically rotate my own tires due to issues I have had with other shops in their careless handling of the alloy wheels. As I didn't have time to do it this week I figured how hard can this be? Just a simple tire rotation as the car just went over 8000 miles. We'll you guessed it, they scratched two of the four wheels. I bought my 2014 Rav4 XLE there with just 20k miles on it. Before my 1st payment was even due, the nightmare began. Water was leaking from the firewall area (not the a/c or sunroof drain) and I went 2x to have it looked at, both times I was told it was dry. I told them under the carpet sounds like a wet sponge. The 3rd time I lifted the carpet and it was a swimming pool, the passenger floor was rusted. They did not want to remove the carpet to dry it let alone replace the carpet. I had to call their Toyota dealership to try to get help and advice. Service said running the vehicle with the heat

I worked with Zac Hourigan when I was looking at buying/leasing a new Mazda. Zak was really informative and gave me all the options without any of the sleazy salesman-like behaviors. He gave me all the information up front, didn't waste my time going back and forth on pricing, and only called to see if he could answer questions. I really appreciate his follow up and no-pressure techniques, and not trying to haggle over the phone after the fact. Would definitely recommend working with him if you're going to Mazda.
