As a cash customer, I should have taken my business elsewhere. Now the broken window on the shop makes a lot more sense... The owner is never around & the "mechanical guy" is always not around to fix any issues until your warrantee is up.... Unfortunate dealers like this are still around, making it harder on a family of 6 in a pandemic. I assure you take your business elsewhere. Contacting the BBB in the morning.... Shame on him.

Bought a 2011 Chevy Impala here a couple years back, decent deal very easy transaction, this guy is really easy to work with he make sure you get your car quick and I haven't had any major issues with the car other than what you would expect from a used car after a couple years. Vehicle still extremely driveable I go on long trips with it all the time never had any major issues. Floyd's also really nice guy I recommend looking for a car here. I see some of the reviews that seem to make very disparaging remarks, I can't speak to those all I can say is if you know anything about cars you should always
