Issa and his team go above and beyond to provide a very personable service. This isn't just some Joe off the street. Issa will tell you which flooring is best for your very specific needs, even if it means less money in his pocket. He's not in the business to make money. He's in the business to make customers. Not only that, but he seems highly respected by all other construction businesses and even other flooring businesses! Went to a competitor and mentioned Issa and they told me that they couldn't provide the quality of service that Issa would provide. It's also very easy to get a hold of Issa

There's a reason these guys have such a great rep. I booked them based on their Yelp reviews, and they did absolutely phenomenal work. They were responsive, communicative, and more than willing to go above and beyond to deliver a great result. Their craftmanship is also top notch--they managed to perfectly lay 600 sqft of large 2' x 4' tile with 1/16th inch grout lines--not an easy feat! I'm super happy with the result, and would happily use them for another flooring project.

Working with IZ Flooring was a dream! They really helped make our new house into a home that we will love for years to come. Excellent customer service - Josh was awesome! Open lines of communication and very responsive, even when I would stress about little things like the color of grout or direction to lay the tile. He gave us the reality of the worst that could happen if we had found any water damage to our subfloors but really reassured us that they would help take care of at issues along the way. At first, I was not going to review IZ flooring because I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews. But, the owner Issa deserves 5 stars by himself.
Despite having a lot of miscommunication over project timelines and pricing, all the issues were solved thanks to Issa. The quality of work they do is solid, and once the business improves their communication methods they could be the best option for flooring in SD. Overall, what differentiates the business is if something goes wrong in the project or contract, they can be relied on to resolve it.

I waited five months for my landlord to find ANYBODY to fix the damage done our kitchen flooring (done by a previous canine tenant). I was able to contact IZ Flooring via Yelp and received a response back the same day.
Within 2 business days, Brandon came out to my location, provided a free all inclusive estimate, brought all samples to look through, measured, and provide me with an accurate price estimate.

What a wonderful experience! From start to finish IZ Flooring was top notch.
The owner, Issa, came out to show me samples and provide a quote right on the spot for LVT. Issa alerted me the cement slab under my current carpeting was not level and prior to IZ Flooring laying down LVT the cement situation would have to be dealt with. At that moment, the cost to remedy the leveling situation was unknown. I stressed to Issa I was under a time crunch to have the job completed. He estimated in two weeks he would have the materials (he did!) and he could install immediately (he did!).

We had 800 sq ft of carpet replaced with LVP; IZ made it an easy process for us. The entire team was friendly, responsive, and their quote was competitive with other bids, but they were also able to accomodate our short timeframe (it took ~3 weeks starting from Brandan coming by for measurements til the last day of install).
We loved working with IZ and plan on hiring them again when we replace our bathroom tile.
*Tip: Measure your existing baseboards. Our new baseboards are shorter than the old ones and it looks off in a couple places. NOT IZ'S FAULT, just a hard lesson learned by a first

We just bought a home and decided to install new carpet in the bedrooms. I messaged Issa via Yelp one evening and he responded the following morning. I was able to get an estimate scheduled that afternoon and met with Brandan. He was friendly and straightforward. The price was very affordable - I scheduled a date for the installation right away! The whole process with Brandan was a breeze.

Highly recommend IZ Flooring! Replaced an old kitchen floor with vinyl planks. Their team offered competitive pricing and worked very quickly once they arrived for installation. Will be using them in the future for other flooring projects!. I believe our floor space was ~140 sqft and they were finished in about 2.5 hours even with some minor subfloor repair. Thanks again!

After over a month of dealing with Empire for carpet installation, I finally got my deposit back and decided to use a local business. Huge shoutout to the whole team but starting with Ashley. She was organized and super helpful when we needed help. Issa is a professional businessman and he knows what he is doing. Installers did their best to meet our deadline for the project and they did amazing. We got introduced to IZ with Josh's help first and he walked us through the whole process and showed us what would work best with our needs. I'm so glad I found IZ Flooring on Yelp! I requested an online quote and got a response within an hour. They were able to schedule someone to come to my home within a couple of days. Issa and his team are amazing. I relocated to the area and he helped me pick out hardwood floors and had them beautifully installed before we moved in! He even had his team put down paper and plastic before the movers came to protect my beautiful new floors. When I first called him for an estimate, he was able to come by the house within the hour. He had the most reasonable estimate and could start within 2 weeks. He was always available by text or phone and sent me updates as the job progressed. And he was even done a day early!! I had my flooring done three days ago by IZ flooring. The experience was wonderful and the result was awesome. Mr Issa, the owner, did a great job. He came to our house with multiple flooring samples and showed us different colors and styles of the flooring. He recommended LVP flooring that is water proof and stain resistant. The installers Louis and Jesus did a great job. They finished the installation within one day and they cleaned after themselves.
I highly recommend IZ flooring to anyone who would want to change their flooring.

My tenants moved out of my condo over the weekend and left the carpet very dirty. It was time to replace it and IZ Flooring responded quickly to my project needs. Not only did they meet me the following day to measure the flooring and provide samples, but they understood the urgency of the project and the time sensitivity of having the work performed as soon as possible. Just a quick review about the customer service for IZ flooring. Issa responded very quickly to my Yelp request for a quote. He was very friendly and professional. We both were busy certain time and we found a date that worked for us both. I ended up not going ever meeting with Issa because i have a tile guy in the family :). Out if all the contractors I talked to Issa was the easiest, fastest, and most genuine. If I ever need floor repairs or new flooring and need a contractor, IZ Flooring will be my first call.

To say that we had a challenging floor situation would be an understatement. We had multiple coverings - ceramic tile/ carpeting and both were damaged with cracked tiles and holes in the carpet. Then under the coverings we had half over a crawl space and half over a slab. If that wasn't bad enough, our flooring did not have a subfloor. It was a logistical nightmare.

I recommend this guy for your flooring. My experience was very good. I'm an offsite landlord and he handled everything very well with the tenant. I will says there was a small delay getting the quote due to him getting into a car accident after leaving the condo. It didn't effect the overall good price and service.

I was renovating my condo for rental and was going to go with a contractor that my wife used to do accounting for. They gave me a fair market bid but I figure I should get a second quote just to compare. I found IZ Home Improvement on Yelp and was the only 5 star company with a decent number of reviews in San Diego County.
