Ted came out and did a great job on our carpeted areas. He was very professional and affordable and explained everything in detail. He showed up on time and stayed within the price range he quoted on the phone the week before. Me & my upline were very impressed. In fact, we've already decided to have him come back out in a few months to clean our tile areas as well.

This was by far the best service I have ever received in my home. I have had many people come in to fix things (AC, roof problems, plumbing issues etc etc). Nobody has ever come close to being as kind, charismatic, and honest as Ted. He was absolutely wonderful! He showed up on time, was very thorough, honest, quick and cheap! I was blown away with the quality of work and customer service I received. He was patient with my kids, when they were talking his ears off and he worked with a smile the entire time. He is absolutely a "Grateful Ted"!

When he finished cleaning the grout on my tile floors he walked me through. I was doubtful of his work, the grout looked as dirty as before he came.
He explained that it would lighten as it dried.
When I tell you that it was a superb job! As it dried it truly turned white. I wish I had before and after because the transformation was incredible!

Ted cleaned our couches and did a phenomenal job. His attention to detail was much appreciated; not only did he clean the couches, but he also removed stains that seemed to have set it. It was quick and easy to schedule an appointment. We don't have carpet or tile in our home, but if we did, we would definitely have Grateful Ted's clean those, too. I highly recommend Grateful Ted's Carpet and Tile Cleaning!

Very satisfied with the service. I own an operate a 5 star rated cleaning business so I know quality when I see it, and Grateful Ted's is it. His knowledge of how to properly deep clean shows his education in the field. I have had other carpet services come at different places and really appreciate that he took the time to actually properly shampoo the carpet, when all other places very quickly pass over so they can hurry and leave. We also decided to get a couple of couches shampooed. While it is a bit more, it is worth it. The pet smell was eliminated throughout the house. Highly recommend over
