Malsnee Tile & Stone has been a Berks County fixture for over 80 years. Founded in 1935 by Earl J. Malsnee the Eshbach and Malsnee name has been providing the highest level of customer service, premium products, and exceptional design, fabrication, and installation services. As the company has grown we now cover a large part of Berks, Schuylkill, and Lehigh counties.
From our Leesport, PA showroom, we offer a complete line of granite, marble, quartzite, and quartz countertops, as well as a comprehensive selection of flooring that includes hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet, and porcelain/ceramic tiles from top manufacturers around the world. We went there to find a tile backsplash. After bringing home samples, deciding, returning the samples and getting the price for our square footage, we purchased tile and were told it would be received in 2-3 weeks. Three weeks go by and we hear nothing so my husband calls to ask for an update. Only then are we told that the company they buy their tile from is now charging a $200 shipping fee which they would like to pass on to yours truly. So....the past few weeks when we thought our tile was on the way, it WAS NEVER EVEN ORDERED!! We were looking forward to receiving our tile and completing the

RJ and Zakk, who installed our Malsnee countertops, are master craftsmen. My husband (“Mr Millimeter”) and I have had a design business for decades, so we recognize good workmanship and know what we are talking about. Our 200+ year old walls hold many surprises and over the years may have caused a few faint hearted contractors to flee, since there is not a single level wall in the place.

These guys have a terrific selection and the office staff is very friendly. However, they seem a bit overwhelmed or scattered when it comes to scheduling installation. I can certainly appreciate mix-ups in schedule etc, but I don't think it's too much to ask to communicate when a problem occurs. I was scheduled for a morning install which I rearranged my schedule for, but when the install crew didn't show, I had to call the office and find out what was going on. I was told that there was a mix-up in the schedule and I was now the afternoon slot. Not an overly big deal but when you
