Roger Poole established Mechanical Solutions in 2012 but the passion for quality service and customer commitment started much further back. In 1945 when his grandfather and father started a dirt contractor business in Shreveport it became a natural process for Roger to start working with them, at the ripe old age of 9 years.
All our installation process is performed in house without the use of subcontractors. From pipe path ditching to final fixture install, we are in control of the entire process in-house. We use the highest quality products, underground and above. All piping systems are pressure and leak checked for quality assurance.

I’ve used these guys for several jobs now and while the work itself is done well, the communication and reliability is iffy. The first job required cutting a whole in my wall which due to it being wet at the time couldn’t be fixed then. But they never offered to come back and repair the hole that they made. It’s such a large hole and is expensive to repair. I still have boards over it for now till I can afford to fix what they did.. several times jobs have needed them to come back because they didn’t have a part, which I didn’t quite understand how they didn’t have parts, but when they

Leak fixed Company should let customers know they do not have someone to do or care if hole is ever repaired in shower where they worked , what good is fixed leak if shower still not usable , I would never have used them if I had known all this , cheaper is not better And $2500 is not cheap on fixed income

I'm not one to a write reviews much less a negative one, but I felt like I needed to warn others. They will send 2 guys out on a service call that should take less than an hour and a 1 man job. Then charge you a service call for two hours. And the pump they quoted me was $1,200.00. Well I got a second opinion and was quoted $770. So I went with the other company. But now I'm still having to pay service call. I was never told on the phone that if i didn't use them I would have to pay this. I would have used this company if they weren't so high. Thanks to Tina for helping me out a little on the service
