Duct-Man Mechanical Air Conditioning & Heating

I called last week to get a quote for a new air conditioning unit. I was making appointments with a few companies to compare brands and pricing as this was a large purchase, however; when I called this business they did not want to send someone out to give me a quote. I explained I would be happy to pay for their time but I wanted them to see my current unit and quote me a new one. I was told just send them the other companies quotes and they would beat the price. I did not find this to be professional. I do not recommend using this business. They only care about being the cheapest. I went with

Great organization. If 10 stars were an option I would select it. We called on a Sunday because our AC went out on Saturday. By noon a very qualified tech was at our home and we had AC once again. This organization truly exceeds expectations. I highly recommend them.

Good luck getting them to show up. Asked to get a simple job of hood vent and water heater flue completed. Fred came out provided estimate and said they would come following week. Waited and finally called they had to work out some special details. After several emails of doing the legwork for them no response. Allied again was assured they would come next day. No show. Very poor communication, can only guess what their work quality would be like.

I called this business yesterday which was recommended on social media. The woman who answered the phone was not very friendly but I gave her the benefit of the doubt, surely she was busy with hot customers. I was added to the schedule to fix my broken AC. Nobody showed up during my window. I tried calling back and the lady said they were just running behind. A phone call notifying me would’ve been appreciated. Then, 3 more hours passed and still no one showed. I did call another local AC business who gave me a 2 hour window, sent auto text updates & arrived on time. I will never call this company

The level of help that I received is overwhelming. My ac units capacitor died on me right before tons of rainfall from Elsa came and I was able to contact the company and have a tech go above and beyond to help me get the part when everyone who claims to be an emergency service told me they could do nothing for me for a minimum of a day or 2. I was able to have my unit back up and running perfectly before the end of the night as the downpour arrived. I HIGHLY recommend not wasting your time contacting anyone one else for parts, repair or service before calling duct-man. I won't use another local

Good friend of mine recommend me Duct man AC after my ac unit wasn’t turning on . give them a call they showed up with in 2 hours ! vs other AC company they where 3 days out . Ricky was very professional . I will definitely will be using them in the future thanks again

I called Duct-Man at 9pm on tonight Sunday 7/18/21. My AC Unit was not working and I needed help promptly. I spoke with a representative named Quan (whom later in the conversation told me they were the owner) who talked me through everything that was going on with my unit. He asked me many questions that were geared to getting the best result with trying to help me diagnose my issue. We then agreed that it made sense to have a technician come out. Above and beyond service. Love this crew! Helped us take car of an AC motor issue early even though I couldn't pay in full yet since I just paid off an upcoming surgery. Definitely makes me feel better about dealing with a Florida summer. :) appreciate the kindness, thoughtfulness, and care for the issue. Highly recommend this company.

It’s that time of the year when everyone is getting their AC ready for the hot summer months. I had an appointment set and due to unforeseen things I had to reschedule. Rescheduled with some issues but once I reached out to communicate they were quick to take care of my need. Even called after the appointment to clear up a miscommunication. Quan went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the services. That spoke values. Will use again.

We’ve used Duct Man two times and have had a great, professional experience both times. Their response time is incredible and they truly care about their customers. This last time we needed a repair was on Mother’s Day. The owner, Quan, came right out and did the repair himself even though it was a late night/holiday. We will continue to use this company for years to come!
